I contacted Mr. Ron Turing and he came out to my home with sample books and took measurements and provided in-depth information and prices about the available products for my windows. The original price was above my budget so Mr. Turing worked with me to make adjustments and still give me the product I wanted. I purchased light-filtering cellular blinds for the living room, room darkening cellular blinds for the bedroom and blackout cellular blinds for the bathroom; all in neutral beige colors. Once the order was placed, Mr. Turing told me how long the process would take and he then called and scheduled the installation of the blinds. All the installation was done in quick order and everything was just as I had ordered and exactly what I wanted for my home. Once all the installation was completed the entire area was cleaned up and left just as it was when they arrived. Mr. Turing told me and showed me how to operate the blinds and ensured I knew what to do with the new blinds. The blinds not only met my expectations but far exceeded my expectations. They are just what I needed and I am very happy with the product and very happy with the customer serviced provided by Mr. Turing.
