I was frustrated when the company that originally installed the unit, was not more cooperative. They did not return calls and they were not very concerned with my satisfaction or repairing the unit. I was disappointed in their service. While I might use them again if I ever have to buy another unit, I would first check several other companies. I did have good service with them when I first purchased my unit but I am not happy with them with this last experience.

The technician arrived on time. We have to assume the work was done correctly because we had no heating problems last year. We had problems with the billing department. In the spring they lost our check. They did deduct the stop payment on the check. In the fall they sent an incorrect bill. We repeatedly requested a correction that never arrived. We ended up going to the company to pay in person. We were told the company was undergoing a change of management at the time.

The company and its' sales associate have not been professional in handling our problems since installation. They are rude and defensive when we call and don't return phone calls. Of all of the work we had done on our house, construction, electrical, plumbing, this was the most poorly executed and has worked the most inefficiently. I would not recommend this company to anyone - they do not stand behind their work. Currently, our AC turns on and then turns off and on many times before it finally reaches the desired temperature. They claim there is nothing they can do to fix the problem. I have filed a BBB report.
