Description of Work: Met with Mike about possible pool, Mike stated digging would begin in November, no contract or deposit exchanged. Workers showed up in March dug for pool. Location wrong, pool wrong. Asked constantly for contract. Left debris, wires pumps hoses,and boxes throughout yard. Left mounds of dirt and rock everywhere. Constant calling of store as to when we were going to be getting someone out to finish. Company responded with the truck bingbroken, or equipment broken. Company stated pool would be finished by June 17th. Supposed to be here Monday June 6th, didn't show, call placed, Mike told my husband they would be out on Wed. Wed came, no show, call placed, stated it was to hot. Informed company if they didn't showby noon, we would contact the BBB. My husband called the store, wife Darlene asnwered stated they now needed deposit and contract. My husband refused, due to lack of trust. Later that night pool employees came to our house and took the filter. Stated that the owner said it was the wrong one. Placed call again, wife stated they would be out in the morning. Workers came, again took stuff off of pool, I took video. Placed call again. No return calls.These people are horrible, unprofessionals, and are unreliable. Looked company up on MD Judiciary Case Search and was shocked to find all the cases! They are in there under any time spas and pools. We then had to have another co. come out. They took pictures and they advised us to get the pool rep from Fox Pools involved. They could not even give us an estimate because there are so many things wrong.
