The job went fine, windows were installed as promised and no issues since the installation.

It went very well. Wantz stayed in budget, providing top quality materials, installed with very high quality results. Employees were polite, punctual, and professional.

Crew was tidy and polite. Worked for 3 days and cleaned up well afterwards. I have used this company again for another job afterwards.

We considered 5 different contractors for an extensive project finishing our basement. Wantz was one of the top two contractors we considered. Pricing was fair and his vision matched our vision. The biggest decision point for us was that we would have to wait 45-60 days to start and that would have impacted our plans to be finished by the 2013 Holiday season. Otherwise, there was a good chance that we would have chosen Wantz. Instead, we went with Brothers Services and have been very happy with the results.

I get them for everything they do. I know the owner personally, and I have used them for about fifteen years now off and on. They are not the cheapest folks in the world, but when they do a job, it is done right. I had some problems with one skylight outside the warranty period and the owner came out himself. He got up there, looked at it, and cleaned out some debris that had accumulated. He got a hose up, washed it down, and blew it all out. I never had a problem with it since, and that was two or three years after warranty. He assured me that it did not need replacing. They do not do unnecessary work. That impressed me. I like everything about their service and everything about their people. They are on time. They do what they say they are going to do. They are very conscientious. The workmen clean up after themselves. Anything you want out of a construction company, these guys do it well.

We were impressed with their professionalism as we had used them in the past. We used their recommendation for an electrician to do some additional work in the area since everything was being torn apart anyway. They worked very hard to find comparable drop ceiling replacements as well as a cabinet in the bathroom that had flooded. When like ceiling tiles could not be found, they dealt with our insurance company directly, about that as well as anything else that came up. The people who did the work were very friendly and considerate and did a GREAT job, AND cleaned up after themselves. We have a new and beautiful family room now, thanks to Wantz. We would HIGHLY recommend them.

Price was excellent. Contractor was professional, courteous and answered all of our questions before work was performed. House shingle repair was performed using our surplus shingles (from a previous shingle repair). All of the repair work (shingle, siding and gutter) were performed in a timely manner. We would highly recommend this contractor to others.

From the time I called Wantz for an estimate until the work was completed, everyone was professional, courtesy and a pleaure to work with. They performed all tasks as designed and on timely basis. Also provided additional suggestions and ideas- without changes in price. Would gladly work with them again.

I didn?t end up using them. I was very pleased with them, but their price was too high. They seemed to be very competent and very qualified. They came out on time. The person, who came out, was very pleasant and courteous. I would have used them if their quote was not more than what I was willing to pay. I will consider them for a future quote.

This is a local, medium size company within our town. I found them to be honest and satisfaction is always guaranteed. Sometimes they used subcontractors, but only the best in the area. The interaction I had with this company was always positive. They always gave options and advised us on the best way for us to stay within our cost. They were a very reliable company to do business with and I would be willing to hire them again in the future.
