concrete repair
+ -1 moreTERRIBLE. Asphalt was tamped down instead of being rolled, so it sits up higher than previous driveway. Numerous cracks. Driveway slopes wrong and water comes into garage during rain events. Contractor refused to fix problems. Also gave MHIC number that was invalid. Home improvement commission took contractor to court and won restitution for me, but it has never been paid. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

+ -1 moreOverall it was a nightmare and we are glad it's over. I will have to pay other companies to come in and correct mistakes made by Tracy's (Billy). It took us about a month to get them to start the job. Rain was a factor, but there were several days when they could have worked. Like I said, they were supposed to show up at 8 a.m. and instead, came at 3 p.m. Therefore, they rushed through the job and their work was sloppy. Don't used this company. I have been calling Billy for a week now to get him back to correct some standing water. He still hasn't shown or called me. Very dissapointing.
Description of Work: Billy is the owner. Did not show up when promised. Unable to reach by phone (mailbox full and could not leave a message). Sloppy work. Did not adhere to contract. Cut corners to finish job. Said they would be here to start at 8 a.m. and showed up at 3 p.m. Damage was done while removing blacktop. Repairs were not done satisfactorily. An absolute nightmare on getting in touch with them. Still trying to correct problems and no one will call you back. Left several messages and no call back. Areas that were supposed to be removed and new asphalt laid were simply trimmed and sealed. Price was high and simply put, he did not deliver what was promised. We would never, and I mean never, hire again.

Description of Work: They repaved my driveway. The dug out the old asphalt and put in a new drive.
