The Carpet Workshop

This was a 2 day job as expected. Everything in the removal of the old floor and the installation of the new floor went extremely well. The installers were all very nice and professional. Gre.at job and we love our new floor.

Installation was a breeze. They coordinated with our kitchen contractor and installed when appropriate. Installers were very nice, did a great job. All good! However, after the job was complete, and the kitchen job was complete, we realized the floor looked bad. We weren't sure what was up but I contact them and Joe, the owner, came out to see what we were concerned about. The floor was just dirty and you couldn't clean it. Joe saw the issue, agreed it wasn't normal, and worked with the manufacturer on a solution. Once they had a recommendation, they sent someone out on Memorial Day Weekend to test it out. That's above and beyond for sure. It appeared to work and we scheduled a day to do the whole floor. Joe sent three people to our house for the majority of a day to scrub our floor! He could have easily said the issue was because of the work performed on the kitchen and not his responsibility. Instead, he did just the opposite. Our floors are now spotless and we can't be more appreciative of their commitment to make us a happy customer. Thanks Joe and Allyson!

We've lived here for 33 years and weren't aware of The Carpet Workshop in our neighborhood. Perhaps they don't advertise very much. Still, we're delighted that we found them. We needed a new kitchen floor. We obtained four estimates for the job. The Carpet Workshop (TCW) wasn't the lowest, but the owner, Joe, wasn't at all pushy and seemed genuine. Turns out, we made the correct choice. TCW installed the floor (Armstrong Alterna) in two days. The two installers are TCW employees. They are clean, personable, easy to talk to, conscientious and meticulous. They both love working for Joe. When employees LOVE what they do and who they work for, that's a good thing! And I think it speaks well of a company. The floor is lovely, solid...perfect. The price was right; the work is excellent. A comfortable company to work with. We'll be calling them again whenever we need new flooring.

They showed up on time. They were cooperative. They did a really good job. The price was fair. They were very nice people to work with. They cleaned up after themselves.

THIS COMPANY IS SO GOOD! YOU CAN NOT EVEN SEE WHERE HE DID THE REPAIR, IT IS FLAWLESS. HE IS SO NICE AND WORKED SO FAST, I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS.
