It costed about $20,000. It was a complete replacement. They were terrific. They have been in the business for a long time. They came when they said they were going to come. They did a really good job. They cleaned up well. We will use this company again in the future.

They were very professional and pleasant. They showed up on time and worked very quickly. We had new skylights installed and they were responsible for installing the flashing and the roofing around the skylights. Six months later one of the skylights developed a leak. They came our promptly and resealed the skylight. A month later it leaked again. This time they came out, completely removed the roofing materials around the skylight and discovered that the adhesive was defective. They replaced the flashing and adhesive and all roofing materials around the skylight. They apologized. There was no charge. It was obvious that they were very knowledgeable about roofing and even with the leaky skylight, they worked diligently to resolve the problem. They never tried to blame it on the carpenters who installed the skylights or on the skylight manufacturer.
