Read this one. Before you decide. The stove had dents and scratches. They took money off. Dishwasher had scratches did not take off requests of 50 bucks. Came day 1 to replace front skin. Scratched and stripped handle bolt. Day 2. Another front skin. Handle discovered stripped from day 1 repair. Now The handle fell off. I see scratches on front skin. I was irate and the Owners son nephew Ryan Click said. Move on we have plenty of customers. I’m not a happy consumer. I now need skin #3. Handle bolt. Never again. Whirlpool appliances are great. JJ Gloss has terrible customer and mechanic service.

After lying on the floor in an uncomfortable position for at least 15 minutes to see when the igniter came on and off, it was determined that the coils needed to be replaced. He had the part on the thruck and was able to complete the work then and there. The tech was very professional, informative and courteous. Would recommend to friends and neighbors.

Mike showed up one time, was extremely professional, and very knowledgable about the dishwasher. He not only fixed it but explained what happened and how to fix it next time. We are extremely please with the service, and would definitely use his service again. The service was well worth the money.

We purchased a double oven. Our home is older and choices for the smaller size were limited. Our cabinet had to be modified to fit the new oven which they did at a reasonable cost. The salesperson and the installer were both friendly and professional. Would definitely use them again. Several months prior to purchasing the oven we went in to find out about options and Mike helped us figure out why our old oven wasn't working, so we were able to get a few more months out of it before replacing.

I can not recommend JJ Gloss enough! We were in the market to replace all of our kitchen appliances. Mike's knowledge of each model was exceptional. He answered my endless questions with ease and never got annoyed with my multiple visits (with kids!) to decide on manufacturer and model. A much better experience then getting the sales guy at a big store who knows nothing about refrigerators but still try's to sell you one. Like a good shopper we also got multiple quotes from local big stores. We liked that JJGloss did not outsource the install and that we were always working with the same knowledgable people. They also had the best price. Delivery of the appliances was very fast and they were installed the same day! Install went smoothly! We love our new Kitchenaid appliances!

We had J J Gloss to our home to repair a top-loading washing machine that was abnormally vibrating during the spin cycle making a lot of noise. The service technician was not able to solve the problem but charged for the service call. Subsequent to that service call, we had them to our daughter's home to fix the automatic ice maker on a almost new refrigerator, and again failed to fix the problem but charged. Both occasions the service tech had an arrogant attitude. They are helpful if you want to order a part at the store, but I will not call them for service again.

They were prompt and got the refrigerator fixed. The parts were expensive to but the labor was a fair price. The person that came out had to wait for the part but within a couple of days the refrigerator was repaired. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done.

I called JJ Gloss Friday morning because my refrigerator was not keeping cold. We scheduled for a repairman to come over the same afternoon. The refrigerator was repaired and returned to operating correctly. The response was very quick and the price for repair was reasonable.

When the repairman came, he couldn't get the problem to manifest itself. Serviceman was very professional, called resources to see if he could diagnose problem. $120 charge seemed steep but he gave me good advice - use the oven until it quits, buy another one with extended warranty as microwave ovens usually aren't worth the cost of repairing. He estimated that even if the oven was malfunctioning during the service call to the point where he could diagnose the problem, the total repair would still cost more than the cost of a new oven.
