They did a couple of things. I had a bad experience with another company. Basically another company tired, I have a fireplace insert and this other company, they tried putting it in and they totally messed it up. I bought a fireplace insert from another company. That company tried putting it in, they messed it up and they wanted to charge me $300.00 for the materials they wasted. Ah, No. Ryan came in, Ryan is the owner of fidelity, came in, cleared up their, cleaned up their mess. And then put in the insert, the liner for the insert for the same price as I was going to be charged by the other company. There's something else I want to say about Ryan, cause he did a really, he deserves business. He did something that saved me thousands of dollars. It was a tough, tough job. When it came to selling my house, Ryan, Ryan did good. Ryan saved me thousands. I was selling my house in another city and the buyer had this idiot say that my chimney needed thousands of dollars in repairs. Well what Ryan did was, he did a visual inspection of the entire chimney. What the other contractor said was cracks was cobwebs, stuff like that. It did not need relining. Ryan actually went to the house, discovered if he had done what the buyer wanted me to do, it would have destroyed the chimney. And, you know, i mean he did a little touch up here and there but basically, instead of, he could have tried to do it and charge me thousands of dollars. But Ryan is an honest person and said "Look, I'm not going to damage this. It doesn't need to be done. He is the documentation.". He sent like a video camera up the chimney and proved that I did not need the work and you know, that's, you know, he could have ripped me off. But No, he was very ethical, I mean a nice guy, but not, well lots of people can be nice guys but Ryan, said look this work does not need to be done. If I do it, I will destroy a chimney and I will not take responsibility for it. He saved me money and he's ethical. Good guy, works great. Face it there are very people like him.
