I called Wayne on a Friday and he was available on Saturday for the job. He was prompt in arriving, and evaluated what he would need to access the connection point in the foyer, which was not easily reachable from "standard" 6 ft or 8 ft stepladders. He was able to set up a plank across two ladders to reach the connection (this was an investment he made to get the job done for us). As we just had the foyer painted, we appreciated that he was very careful to protect the walls from the ladders. This was not an easy job to do from a plank, but Wayne managed to do it fairly promptly and without incident. He did not leave behind any trash and cleaned up after the job was done, and the chandelier looks great. Wayne's ability to solve the problem of accessing the connection in a high foyer, his courtesy, and his very affordable rates were the best aspects of working with him. His investment in ladders and a plank to access the chandelier, I thought, were above and beyond.

I called on Sunday and he returned the call promptly. We setup a meeting time and he arrived on time. Wayne had a friendly demeanor and answered all of my questions. He worked diligently and effectively to resolve my circuit breaker issue. Wayne went beyond my expectations in not only addressing my issue, but also reviewing other areas of personal concern. I highly recommend and look forward to any other time I may need his assistance.

Job 1) He was at my home within 15 minutes of the my initial phone call. He is just wonderful I have used him over year. He cares for his customer and he is just a good electrician. Job 2) I haven't had to have any large electrical work done lately, but Wayne has helped me out with minor jobs like the light and lamp. I can trust him to come out right away, look at the job and determine the best way to proceed. He works efficiently and always cleans up any debris.
