they were very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. The only complaint I have is when they were removing the old unit, instead of carrying it across the grass, they went across the patio and driveway. There is now a very noticeable oil stain across the patio and driveway as the old unit was leaking oil.

Needed our AC system replaced sure to it leaking freon (badly). A-Quality gave us an itemized estimate listing all the parts they were going to install, what they were going to do, and how much it would cost. They were by far the most professional of the companies we contacted. They were willing to work on a Saturday so we wouldn't have to lose time at work. On installation day, they showed up right on time and got to work. They put down tarps to avoid tracking mud and dirt through the house. They finished quicker than they estimated and we had nice chilly AC when they were done. Very satisfied. Would use them again.

Overall it went well. Good price compared to another local company and bge home. I didn't look into bge home since their price was way high, but both local companies wanted to do something that wasn't as up to my high standards (perhaps trying to save customers money) as i wanted. But when I asked for it they provided a reasonable price. Cleanup practices could use some improvement. Nothing bad but again, I have high standards.They have you wrap in a separate electrician co. to do any electrical work. A minor inconvenience compared to a doitall shop. Rebate/finance option was great through wellsfargo credit card.

All went great. We have hired this company many times and have always been pleased.

They were professional and quick but forgot to do some things like remove part of the oil line that was left in place. They also spilled some oil from the old burner and had to come back to clean it up, which they did. They did come back several times to fix the problems I was having and took care of things that were not done the first time. I just had to take off work several more times to meet them to correct the issues.

So far it works. That's the main thing right now, it is brand new, so as long as it works. The house was under construction, so everything is new.

A Quality provided professional, top notch service throughout. They were very responsive, courteous, professional, timely, and very reasonably priced. Not sure you can ask for more from a contractor. Very happy with the service we received from A Quality...we will return to them for future HVAC needs, and highly recommend them.

Arrived promptly, even shoveled drifts of snow to clear area for installation of unit. Ensured that indoor area remained clean. Offered to tack remote holder to wall so we won't misplace remote. Reviewed instructions re. operating the system and cleaning the filter. Filled out paperwork for rebate. Very impressive techs. Would be very comfortable referring to others.

The team was prompt, arriving first thing in the morning. Reviewed with us the work and placement of new access panel. Put drop cloths everywhere to protect our home. Team was diligent and wasted no time. Reviewed the operation and maintenance of the new equipment and explained that their office would handle submission of rebates. The repair went very well. The furnace was fixed in minutes and they went ahead and did thorough review before leaving. I am very satisfied.

We had another company come out and give us an outlandish quote for replacing the part for an item that was under warranty. They also stated that it would take several days to get the part, which would take us into past the weekend. We called several other companies, and A Quality Heating and Air Conditioning asked for the model # to our unit as it was site unseen and we told them what the other company quoted us. They called back with a reasonable cost, and said they would need one day to get the part. They came the next day, and the technician was very professional, pleasant, gave us recommendations, and explained all the work he was doing. He was very neat and punctual. We felt very comfortable dealing with A Quality Heating and Air Conditioning and to make matters even better, they are a Trane recommended service provider. We would use this company again in a minute and will recommend them to all our friends.

This is my second one they have installed for me. The first was at my previous location in Sykesville. I got 4 estimates each time I purchased and they not only were the best company in terms of quality and professionalism they also offered a very competitive price. I VERY highly recommend this company and will continue to use them in my own home.

The entire process was a great experience through AQuality Heating and Air Conditioning. Sean, the Sales Representative was very knowledgeable in explaining the benefits of the Trane System, the financing program, and what is included in the installation. He provided a very competitive price for the complete installation and explained any applicable rebates. Sean and the technicians, Paul and James arrived on the scheduled date and time. They were very courteous and took the time to cover the floor and stairs to prevent any damage. Paul and James worked efficiently throughout the day. Their workmanship is very professional and of high quality. They tested the system for proper operation, explained how to use it, and cleaned up the area. I am extremely satisfied with AQuality Heating and Air Conditioning and the Trane Heating/AC. I feel this company and its employees understand the importance of providing excellent customer service, excellent installation, and offering competitive pricing. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and relatives.

A relative with some HVAC experience had offered to replace my heat pump system for me. He removed the old air handler and outdoor equipment, ordered and received the new equipment, then was unavailable to complete the installation. So I was left in a real situation - old equipment gone, new equipment delivered but not connected. So I called a number of HVAC firms. Most didn't want to deal with equipment not purchased through them. A few submitted quotes to do the work but they were really high. Then I called A Quality and they came out, looked at the work to be done and submitted a quote. Their quoted price was quite reasonable, so I accepted it and scheduled the work. Within a few days, their technicians came out (exactly as scheduled) and completely installed, charged and tested the system. They were very thorough and professional in every aspect of doing the work. The wiring and ductwork was routed very neatly and professionally. And when they left in the afternoon, the system was fully installed and working, they made sure I knew how to operate it, what maintenance (air filter changes) need to made and how to do them. I would hire these guys in a second for any future work I need to have done on my system. As far as I'm concerned, it was money well-spent.

A Quality was very responsive when I called to report that our Trane Heat pump/air conditiong unit stopped working. The unit was under warranty and they came to perform warrany work on the unit. The temperatures rose to around 85 degrees and A Quality made sure that the parts were ordered and installed promptly. A Quality is always very Professional and responsive. Will was the Tech that arrived to assess the issue and he was very professional answered all of my questions. Mike performed the service, and was very responsive and professional as well.

From the initial estimate to the completed work, everything was finished in a timely fashion and as scheduled. Any questions I asked were replied to quickly with detailed answers. Once my choice was made, they were able to schedule the work that week. TheTechs showed up as scheduled and completed in the time frame estimated. The Techs were clean, polite and helpful with any questions I had. Overall, I'm very satisified with the job and would use A Quality HVAC again in the future.

Company was extremely responsive - they sent out an estimator the next day once we had decided we needed a new system (our previous system was 15 years old, installed with the house and had severely corroded causing a water leak through the ceiling). The estimator outlined several different options and was informative about each choice - he didn't try to oversell us on the most expensive options, but just gave us the information so that we could decide for ourselves. I called later to clarify certain aspects and he was helpful over the phone. Once we decided to go with this company, they arranged an installation two days later - it was a very hot spell in June and they said that homes without service receive priority treatment, and so they rescheduled a crew so that we could have functioning AC in mid-summer as soon as possible. The installation team were excellent - they removed shoes inside the house, and put cloths down to protect hardwood floors and clothes in the closet (access to the roof space was through the master closet). They arrived early and completed the job faster than I expected - they kept us updated at all points of the installation as to how it was going. Once they had finished they took time to explain the new thermostat and review all the work they had completed. They also filled out the paperwork for the BGE rebate we received, and also advised on how to claim the appropriate federal tax credits. I very highly recommend this company - they were a pleasure to work with and went out of their way to be helpful. The employees were polite, friendly and responsible and seemed to be well-trained and extremely familiar and knowledgable about their work. Will definitely use them again should the need arise!

I could not have expected the job to have been done any better. Mike was prompt, courteous, professional, skilled, and performed the work in an outstanding manner. I would definitely call on this company again in the future, if needed.

We couldn't of found anyone better. They were fantastic. We had to have a part replaced on our central air unit. The part was covered under warranty. They also installed a new intake vent to make the unit run more efficiently. Ever since the unit was installed it never really ran right. Since they have been out to do maintenance, the house has been so comfortable. We love dealing with them and we really had a wonderful experience.

y new two-story addition has some unusual design features. A Quality personnel did an excellent job of accommodating these features and made excellent recommendations which will save me money in the long-term. They worked well with my plumber to made certain these two parts of the construction dovetailed. And they made several recommendations to make my system more efficient. This is a small, weIl-run company where all staff are knowledgeable and helpful. And although my plans didn't call for geo-thermal heating and cooling, they were happy to describe how this equipment works. It was a pleasure to have them on site.

For this last unit I had installed. It went extremely smooth. All the electrical work was done to local codes and they even had the county inspector come out the same day. No need for me to make a separate appointment for another day and use another day of my vacation time. The county inspector came out, looked over the work. Checked the circuit breaker box and OK'd the system. It's great when a plan comes together. I have to mention that the installers are the greatest at their job. They listen to my concerns and worked around any problems. They mounted the outside condenser on the platform and ran the panduit cover outside the house and it looks good. A-Quality must be sending them to school or giving them some serious training. Kudos to the installers.

They responded promptly to my first call, gave me 30 minutes notice on the exact arrival time, and quickly solved the problem. They also called me several times to help me get a rebate on the furnace without my asking- very proactive about saving me money!
