The repairman who performed the service did a thorough careful evaluation, corrected several minor problems and even reset all my digital clocks that were off. The $150.00 represents 1/4th of my annual fee which includes an electrical, plumbing and HVAC maintenance call.
Description of Work: It was an annual maintenance service call on my major appliances.
