Ed was very fair and professional. He did an excellent job and I am glad that I went with him. He repaired a damaged gutter and cleaned it along with the down spouts. I will definitely be working with him in the future!

We just had our gutters & spouts cleaned. Ed call quickly after I went online & he came within a few hours...I didn't expect that! One of our small gutters had coverings on them that he had to remove & he had to get up on our back porch roof...that was scary! I think he went above & beyond what we expected & still asked for the quoted amount. We gave him some extra because he deserved it. Will definitely have him back in the fall when the leaves are down.

He was very fast and thorough! He asked me of the type of house I had and where the gutters was on the house and was able to give me an estimate! I appreciate that he was able to give me a price on the phone that was within my budget! Others companies you recommended was pricier and some wanted to come out the following day to look at the gutters in order to give an estimate! I felt, that if this is something that their company does, they should have been able to give an over the phone estimate, once I told them of the house and the type of gutters it contained!

Ed was very professional and courteous. He was available right away and did a great job. He cleaned the gutters and replaced a section of screening on my porch. i will definitely be calling him for more work. Highly recommend him to others!

Ed was very professional. He came to do the work and it was not as extensive as we thought it would be. We would never have known, but he advised us and then did not charge us as much. Honesty... wonderful and sometimes rare in today's world. We will be using him on a recurring basis now for our gutter cleanings.

Ed Mainhart arrived on time, cleaned the gutters, nailed up loose places, and recommended NOT replacing the gutters at this time! His charge was incredibly reasonable, and he met with my tenant, saving me from having to race around because my husband was in hospital at the time. Ed is terrific!

Contractor contacted me seconds after I hit the enter button (the request process). I called on Friday evening. We schedule for him to install a ceiling fan on Monday morning. He was a little late, but made up for it with his pleasant personality. I knew installing the ceiling would be a task. My house was built in 1920-1930. The light fixture was the original light. The contractor was able to install with no problem. I now have a well run ceiling fan with plenty of light and a great circulation of air. I live in Baltimore City. I would definitely use him again. I have already asked him to give me an estimate on a deck project.

Paid in full, but just half work done... Fan and lights do not work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
