My bathroom vent was leaking and I thought it was the roof, the owner Tony was diligent in helping me solve my issue and showed up every time I called. He finally got in my crawl space and took pictures to assure me that my roof was in good condition. He also replaced my slate roof with shingles at a reasonable price. I have a new friend that I would recommend to anyone. Thanks T&T for giving me peace of mind.

They did a great job and no problem at all. They were professional and got the job done quickly.

It did not go well. One day, they showed up at my house, put a ladder up against my house and went up on the roof. They didn't call me ahead of time and did not knock on my door. I found them coming off of my roof and he told me I needed a new roof. My insurance company did not say I needed a new roof and he was trying to discredit them. I told him to get off my property and to not come back.

DO NOT HIRE!!! BEWARE! Terrible! Tony came over to give us an estimate because we had a leak in our rental property with guests in the property and said he will repair our roof and seal the cracks to make sure no more leakage when the rain stops the week after. After rain stopped, he was suppose to come Tuesday, then push to Wednesday, then push to Thursday, then push to Friday. Friday afternoon at 3pm, he told us that he can't come because his last job is not done and we got pushed back to after the long weekend (Memorial day weekend) and it was suppose to be raining all weekend! This is really UNPROFESSIONAL! Leaving people hanging when the work is suppose to be done. Also He told us at 3pm on a Friday that he wasn't coming, leaving us NO TIME at all to find another roofer to fix the leaks before the long weekend when we have guests in the property!! We lost and will lose money with the guests again because of the leak. I wouldn't recommend hiring Tony and his company for any work. A legit company would have at least offer to fix it by paying their guys overtime/after hour time to get the work done! Tony offered no such remedy and just said he will be back after the long weekend while we, the customer who had already PAID for the service is left behind dealing with the mess.

Tony Pate gave us the lowest estimate of the three companies we contacted. He was recommended by our realtor and we are very pleased. We discovered a leak in the roof and were able to get on his schedule fairly quickly. This home had just been placed on the market. Tony was very responsive throughout the whole process and also came back after the buyers' home inspection to address some very minor issues.

I worked with Tony and he has been very prompt in coming out to handle roofing repairs. He was excellent.

This recent winter weather destroyed the vinyl slats covering the mansard portion of a rental property roof line (see pic). I have always been very satisfied with the work of T&T NEW LIFE ROOFING LLC and so called them right away for an estimate. As always, they completed the work in a very timely manner and I am very happy. I recommend this company to all Angie's List members. I have provided a close up picture of the new shingles below.

T & T NEW LIFE ROOFING LLC is a local & family run company. I have employed this company on three separate new roof installation jobs (including this one) and one roof repair job over the last three years. The past two roof installation jobs were flat roofs and this most current roof job was a shingle roof (the roof is at an angle & included a skylight). I have always been extremely happy with this company's services. The previous two flat roofs have thus far never given me any problems. The shingle roof that was just installed looks great and my tenants are very happy. The job was done in a timely manner and the yard in front and back is clean from any debris. The new skylight looks great as well and my gutters are clean. Tony and Nicole are honest, responsible, and friendly people who communicate very well and do what they say. I will happily use this company in the future for all my roofing needs and recommend all Angie's List members do the same.

Overall Experience is a B+. The owner, Tony, and his wife are very easy going people. Did a good job with their estimate and worked with us to make the price acceptable for our lending institution to approve. They are generally easy to reach by phone or email but better to catch by phone.Tony seemed like an honest guy with lots of knowledge in his field. Our lending inspector was impressed with the way they installed the roofing shingles.He and his team were on prompt and finish on schedule. We have a one year warranty with them and answered our calls about additional questions about his work after he completed the job.

I called T&T NEW LIFE ROOFING LLC to diagnose a leak that was showing itself on a bedroom ceiling. It was determined that the leak was due to missing roof shingles and rotted wood between the roof and gutter. The work was completed in a professional and timely manner and I was very pleased. I have used this company on several occasions and would recommend it to all Angie's List members.

It went very well. I have dealt with numerous contractors in Balto city and county over a period of 20 years and I have found that most of the one's I have negotiated with and used to some degree are inept, unskilled, uninsured and shady. You won't go wrong with Tony,he's one of the best I've dealt with.

The new light color rubber roof was installed in one day. I was provided before and after photos of the work, some of which I have provided in this review. Mr. Tony Pate and his wife Nicole Pate are very professional and friendly. It has not rained since the new roof has been installed so that is the test to come. The new roof comes with a 10 year warranty. I would recommend this company to all Angie's List members.

This company is owned by Mr. Tony Pate who personally met me at our appointed time. Mr. Pate gives a very professional impression...he answered all of my questions in detail, provided me good advice/recommendations, is friendly and communicates very well, and returned all of my calls in a timely manner. In summary, it is my opinion that this company is run in a professional and honest manner and I would therefore recommend this company to all Angie's List members requiring roofing work.
