Mr. Robinson was very courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. Prompt for appointment, explained the current market and answered all questions posed. Had written appraisal in my hands with 4 days. I was extremely pleased with all aspects of not only the appraisal but Mr. Robinson.

In the mortgage industry since 1993, I have worked with hundreds of appraisers. Only a handful stand out as true professionals. Ken Robinson and Robinson Appraisal Group is on of those firms stand outs. Thorough, knowledgeable, high integrity and friendly.
