Terribly! This person missed at least half a dozen appointments for the work. When he finally came out, he charged more than he quoted. Then, when he promised to come out to do more work for us, he was a complete no show. I would never hire him again!

Very difficult to work with - always provided excuses - They did a good job on roof, but never completed painting on the cupola. They keep getting me dates (at least 4 times) they would come to complete the job, but never showed. A complete lack of professionalism and disrespect for me. I finally gave up on them

They offered a deal for a membership. I did not have to pay for their visits. They installed the dishwasher and the sink started to overflow. The person who came was very polite and nice. He came the same day and fixed it.

Mr. Parrish approaches past customers to get repeat business. He prowls neighborhoods looking for roofs with missing tiles and leaves his card. He's gotten work with my 86-year-old father several times this way. Unfortunately, this is the second time I've had to badger Mr. Parrish to finish (or even start) the work on my father's roof. Even though I've asked my father not to conduct business with Parrish any longer he had some missing slates and other roof work that needed to be done. Since he (my father) is loathe to call when work needs to be done he accepted Parrish's quote for the work and gave him a check for $300 + in early June. Late June came and the old broken slates were still on my father's front porch and nothing had been done. So, I called and left a voice message on a Sunday. Mr. Parrish called me back Monday morning and assured me he and his son were going to do the work that very week. OK, I said skeptically. I went away the following weekend and didn't get back to my father's house until two weeks later. I have seldom been so furious as I was when I found the same old broken slates still sitting on my father's porch. I left voice mails on the 2 phone numbers that were on the quote from Parrish and threatened to report him to the BBB and the Attorney General's office if the work wasn't done that week. I also said he was taking advantage of my elderly father AGAIN and I wasn't going to stand for it. I was spitting mad. Once again, he called me back early Monday morning. He said one of his trucks had been out of commission. But, he and his son would be there that day and do the work by that Wednesday. I said I was going to be there and make sure it was done. He FINALLY completed the work after I called twice and ultimately threatened to report him for taking my father's money and failing to do the work. BTW, I need to call him back. He left his ladder behind and we are not his storage facility! Avoid Parrish Roofing Services unless you like to play games.

I needed some slates replaced and a rain gutter was starting to hang. Roof is too high for me. I called him out of the phone book. He was talkative, personable, sounded great. He came out and gave an estimate, pretty high, but it had a three year guarantee, and I guess I was sold on the talk. One Sunday, he came out with a helper and went up on the roof. Well, I had to leave and when I came back 45 minutes later and he was gone(!?). The rain gutter just didn't look right. So, I called him. He claimed to have replaced many slates and that the rain gutter was secured. Well, I requested he come back out, but he insisted it was fine. That was a year ago and over that period of time I heard from numerous people about this company. I realized he ain't coming back. So, today I paid another company $150 to secure the gutter and replace two slates. It done, it's over, I'm moving on.
