We had a very hard time getting on the schedule after the initial estimate due to storm Sandy, but waiting was all right and they did show up as scheduled. Communication was not good, in fact I had to be the one to ask all the questions as nobody was telling me what the plan was. The workers were nice, they answered my questions, and those they could not answer were referred to the main office and then I was contacted. They accidentally cut into two trees I didn't want taken down, and were going to leave them that way so we had to ask what happened. We never got an answer on that but they did remove them at no cost. We definitely got our money's worth as far as tree removal, but they left big holes after grinding the stumps, left big hunks of wood that were not fireplace length, and again, when we said something they came back out to cut it, and so I say you get what you pay for. I will probably go back to our other tree service in the future. They are more expensive but much quicker and they clean up after themselves and are excellent communicators.

Estimate given by owner. He was very professional and knowledgeable. They came as scheduled and work was completed on time. All debris was removed. Workers were excellent.

Both office staff and the person who came to give the estimate were pleasant, professional, and punctual. The estimate was available within a few hours and was itemized for the exact work to be done on each tree. The cost of the project, while reasonable, was not in our budget at the time. We will definitely call them again for future work.

One of the trees had started leaning towards the house. They were able to come out the next day before it fell and did any damage. They did a good job cleaning up after themselves. No problems, reasonable price, professional service.

Callled ahead to let me know time of arrival the day of service. Arrived on time. Went right to work,efficiently taking the tree down,piece by piece and removing it from the property. Did a great cleanup job before leaving.

They are basically arborists who trim trees. The whole job costed me $1200. I think their work was very good. The guy that cut the tree down had a real big problem because the branches were very big and they were over hanging my neighbor’s shed. So they could not just cut them and drop them because it would end up smashing his shed. So they very gingerly and carefully put ropes and used ropes to control the limbs as they cut them. It was a really difficult job and I was really impressed with them. Their price seemed competitive. I checked the price out with different folks. They were a little bit busy and so there was some delay in getting the job done. They came when they said they would come.

We actually met Mark the owner for an estimate this past fall (2010). He arrived on time and was very professional. He gave us a detailed written estimate and explained clearly how the work was done. It wasn't until March of 2011 that we called to have the work done ... the 7 month old estimate was honored without question. The crew was scheduled to arrive on March 9th ... a call the night before confirmed the date but no specific time was given. The three man crew arrives at 9 am and the work was completed in 2 hours. They were polite, professional and obviously very skilled at what they do. The removal of the bushes and junipers went off smoothly with care taken not to damage any structures. The stumps were ground to a fine mulch that should be easy to plant in. Most impressive however was watching the trimming of the Bradford Pear. The young man climbed the tree, chainsaw on his belt, and then expertly shaped the branches. He was truly an artist and by the time he was done, the tree looked like it should have for years ..... sculptured and rounded. The cleanup was as exceptional as the rest of the work. I would highly recommend this company, we were referred to them from a neighbor, who had a similar experience.

The job went good overall. They were on time and did the job. We spent about $300 on that service.

RECEIVED A QUOTE IN SEPT. AFTER 3 PHONE CALLS, FINALLY HAD THE TREES CUT DOWN IN FEB. GREAT WORK CUTTING DOWN THE TREES, BUT LEFT THE YARD A MESS. AFTER 9 PHONE CALLS, FINALLY HAD THE STUMPS GROUND IN JUNE. NOT A GREAT JOB ON THE STUMPS. IF YOU'RE WILLING TO MAKE MANY PHONE CALLS TO GET THE WORK DONE, THEN THESE GUYS ARE GOOD.

I WAS HAPPY THAT THEY CAME OUT THE DAY I CALLED TO GET AN ESTIMATE AND THEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD STOP BY IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS TO REMOVE. THEY CAME THE NEXT DAY, REMOVED, GRINDED STUMPS AND CLEANED UP WITHIN 40 MINUTES AND I PAID THEM BY CHECK. THEY DID A GREAT JOB.
