 + -1 moreCalled and they were very helpful. Got the stone ordered no problem and set up delivery for the same day. They said they would be there around 4:30 so we were waiting. We finally left the house around 6:30, returned by 8 and it had been dumped on the driveway. They were courteous enough to dump it on the cardboard we left out, which was great. I just wish they had delivered on time. Otherwise it was a fine experience and I would use them in the future.

 + -1 moreI PURCHASED 6 YARDS OF BASE SAND FROM COLE AND SONS. HE ALLOWED ME TO PURCHASE ALL SIX YARD FOR A DISCOUNTED PRICE BUT PICK IT UP IN 1 YARD INCREMENTS DUE TO THE SIZE OF MY TRUCK. HE DID THE SAME WITH THE DECORATIVE STONE.
Description of Work: WHEN I WAS BUILDING MY SWIMMING POOL, I PURCHASED THE SAND AND THE DECORATIVE STONE FOR THE POOL BASE AND THE SURROUND.

 + -1 moreLOVE WORKING WITH THIS FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS. ALWAYS HELPFUL; SAMPLES ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE FOR THE TAKING. DELIVERY PERSONNEL GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TAKING THE TRUCKS DOWN INTO VARIOUS PARTS OF THE YARD.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY PROMPT IN THEIR DELIVERY AND PLACED THE MULCH EXACTLY WHERE I ASKED THEM TO. THE MULCH WAS VERY RICH AND HAS WORKED GREAT TO KEEP THE WEEDS DOWN IN OUR GARDENS.

 + -1 moreTHE OFFICE STAFF IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY ALLOWED US TO BORROW MANY SAMPLES TO DECIDE WHAT WE WANTED TO USED. THEY HELPED US IN DETERMINING THE AMOUNT OF STONE NEEDED. THEY DO DELIVERIES FOR AN EXTRA FEE OR WILL HELP TO LOAD YOUR TRUCK FOR YOU. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE PRODUCT AND WITH THE INSTRUCTION THEY PROVIDED US WITH.
Description of Work: WE USED THIS COMPANY TO PURCHASE TUMBLED STONES THAT WE USED TO CREATE A SIDEWALK/WALKWAY.
