+ -1 moreWe paid for an inspection and they didn't get on the roof. They just said everything was old and needed to be replaced. Turns out everything was fine and we had it repaired for less than the cost of their inspection.

+ -1 moreThe company owner visited the house and inspected fire box and two chimney flues. He then provided options for chimney caps. We agreed on the caps, price and installation date. The company provided requested proof of insurance and license. On the day of installation, the owner arrived with two-man crew, completed the work and cleaned the work site. The entire job took 3-1/2 hours.
Description of Work: Installed stainless steel liner in chimney. Installed liner insert, connected insert to new boiler output vent, poured vermiculite insulation, repaired concrete crown, installed two flue caps, and repointed two courses of mortar.
