ArchCraft (Andy Hampton) did a great job refinishing my hardwood floors. Their dust containment system is state of the art and there was virtually no dust. The guys who did the work were wonderful. I highly recommend ArchCraft for floor refinishing

Extremely well. The owner, Andy, is clearly a professional and has the highest quality standards. He walked me through the process at the beginning of the job and everything was done according to schedule. The result was four beautiful floors. I'm very happy.

Andy and his team were so great to work with throughout the entire duration of the job. He stayed in communication the whole time and was very accommodating to our schedule. I had no issues leaving them a key to come and go as they needed so I could still go to work. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again if I ever need any floor work done.

Our floors are beautiful. Andy said they would be a "showpiece," and he was absolutely right. Andy was always responsive and worked with us to pick out a custom stain color, providing us with numerous samples, and to pick out the right finish. He advised on the possibilities for railing design, and provided other helpful input to our decision-making. He will tell you right off the bat that he is "not the cheapest guy in town," but the cost was not that much higher than average and, considering the quality of work and the fact that his method really is "dustless," the added cost is well worth it. Andy is a truly talented craftsman. Highest recommendation.

Andy and his crew were very professional and did a wonderful job. They took the time to make sure that everything was up to our standards and they allowed us to do a little remodeling without having to pay extra. Since they had to remove the vanity and toilet in our half bath to refinish the floors, we were able to replace them with no extra cost. They also had license personnel remove the reinstall the dishwasher/refrigerator/gas stove/toilet/vanity which wasn't offered by the other company that we received an estimate from. Andy was also very helpful and told us how to refinish the stairs down to the basement that we were refinishing ourselves due to budget issues. Overall, we loved working with Andy and recommend him if you want quality.

After checking Angie's List I chose Arch Craft to replace my damaged master bedroom floor. I could not be any happier with the final result. The new floor is the same red oak flooring as the original. However, the new floor looks better than the original ever did. The other bedrooms still have the original floors. They are “builder” quality. The new floor looks more like custom woodwork. The original floors look. Good. My wife says the new floor is beautiful. I agree.

I can't wait to see the finished product and will update my review upon completion.

Guys did an awesome job. Had our kitchen redone and have gotten as many compliments about the floors as the kitchen. Really did the job the right way. Looks great.

We couldn't have had a more pleasant and satisfying experience. Andy is a true professional and craftsman. His bid may be higher than other floor refinishers, but the quality is worth it. He uses dustless sanding and it truly is. He used quick drying water based finished so we could live in our home while the work was performed. He moved all of our furniture out of our home and replaced it when the job was finished. The actual sanding and finishing was outstanding. We live in an historic home and Andy took care to meticulously and carefully restore our original floors. He provided a detailed estimate and finished the job on time and on budget. He is incredibly professional and responsive. I would highly recommend him.

Perfect job. Quality of flooring and installation was superb. They really care about doing a quality job and making the customer happy. No, really-- this company is one of a (excellent) kind.

Work was done before we moved into our newly purchased home, so he had un-restricted use of the house for 1-2 weeks. Included with the flooring was a section of weak sub-flooring which was repaired satisfactorily. They used the garage for staging and cleaned up after themselves there. They cleaned up well on the floor they were working on, but not in the unfinished basement below. The nails created a lot of splinters below the areas they worked in. Now, almost 1.5 years later, we have had no issues with the flooring nor installation.

Job went as scheduled and was completed one day ahead of schedule. Andy and his crew actually fixed my floors from where another Company totally made a mess of. The finish results were amazing. Andy and his crew are the real deal. So glad their are still real craftsmen still around. They were a pleasure to deal with.

Andy does a good job but I believe the Bona floor product is not great. He stained my floors prior to moving and I was not present during the process which (my biggest mistake). I never saw an actual sample (because there wasn't time to send one)of the stain and ultimately I was very disappointing in the end result. The color is okay but the finish is awful. I stated I did not want "a bowling alley" and I ended up with no shine. In fact, a contractor working in the house asked when I was going to get the polyurethane finish because the floor is so dull and doesn't look like it has any finish. It never looks clean despite using the product recommended by Bona. Andy came back and offered to add another coat of a higher sheen but at a price that was actually higher (almost 50%) than another company that is rated #1 in the area. Unfortunately there is no way I could afford to do this. I don't think anyone should do a major project like this without an actual sample nor should the person doing the job accept this because it can lead to disaster.

Ashcraft was very responsive and able to fit in the work before we had movers bring in our furniture. He matched the color of the upstairs floors perfectly and finished the work as scheduled. We are very pleased with the service and will be using his services to refinish the stairs.

Art Craft did a fantastic job on our hardwood floors. They were in pretty bad shape and they brought them back to like new. The workman are very conscientious and careful with the furniture in the home. They were on time and very communicative. We highly recommend them!

Coast to Coast Custom Finishing was excellent. They came extra hours to stay longer. They also helped me find a plumber and an electrician. They are very high end with reasonable prices.
