Excellent! We needed our new bathroom quickly and Paul was more than up to the task. He started on time, finished a little ahead of schedule, and left the rest of the house in better shape than he found it. He worked neatly and efficiently and our bathroom looks fantastic. Paul was great to work with and we highly recommend him.

Paul is an amazing contractor who has an insightful eye for beautiful renovations. Paul takes the time to sit with you, discuss exactly what you want out of your renovation, and make suggestions to help you achieve that. He did all the work himself and assured that the job was done perfectly every step of the way. Paul remained very professional and polite throughout the duration of the renovation and the finished product was nothing less than amazing. I absolutely love my new kitchen and all the renovations that he and his team did for me. I would highly recommend Prestige Properties for any home improvement project.

Paul is very honest and patient. I have repairs that are being paid for by my bank and he has been extremely patient with the process. He has saved us tons of money and I would recommend him hands down!

Paul was polite, fast and efficient. He brought all the materials before arriving at job site and start working very quickly. Work quality was very good, price is very reasonable. He texted a some picture as soon as the work is done.

From the very start we were most impressed with Paul in every way. He totally understood what we wanted and also respected that we were making improvements in an historical home ( early 1800's row house ), making knowledgeable and constructive suggestions so that we could maintain the historic feel of our home. | His deep knowledge of today's kitchens helped us to improve a number of things from soft close drawers and doors to separate bins for trash and recyclables. At every step his suggestions on everything from faucets to lighting were right on target. He also helped us stay on budget with accurate suggestions on finding the best prices on hardware, appliances. etc. | He also supplied the project with excellent sub-contractors. Of particular note was the flooring expert that did a remarkable job on our historical wide board floors which can be very challenging. In summation we can honestly say that Paul was responsible for supplying us with the kitchen that we wanted in the specified time frame and on the agreed-upon price. We would not hesitate to employ him again for any job and give him our most favorable recommendation.
