Description of Work: In 2015, they came to our house 4 times to repair the same issue. Each service tech swore the guy in front of him did something wrong. And each time, the same thing happened and we leaked oil. Also, they let us run out of oil two times and did not fill us up in a timely fashion.

Description of Work: Installed 2 each 120 gallon propane tanks for my generator . Ran the gas line for the generator . Checked that everything was working properly . I have nothing but praise for the employees that I have come in contact with and those whom I have spoken to on the phone . Great company from my stand-point . After the good relation that I had with them during my generator install I also choose them as my #2 fuel oil supplier . Again nothing but good things to say about them .

Description of Work: Supplied #2 fuel oil for my oil tanks . But in previous year (2014) I bought 2 each 120 gal propane tanks to run my home standby generator . Petro installed the tanks , ran the tank to generator lines ,tested pressure of lines and I have nothing but good things to say about the Employees and their work and dedication to make sure that the customer is satisfied .

Description of Work: Set up new account and delivered oil two days later which was great. Bought a service plan for my boiler but no appointments until Febuary (3 month wait). As a new home owner would like my boiler looked at sooner than later. But overall great service and will stick with Petro.

Description of Work: We have had the same issue whenever the boiler is worked on. They have yet to get it right the first and second time around... Seems the third visit is the charm. Our hot water is not in a tank, it's on demand and the boiler is required to run to hear the water. As in past visits, the first technician that came out, Didnt know what he was doing and caused additional problems. The second guy that came out tried to fix what the first guy did but still had to make a third visit to make a final adjustment. the problem is, they send plumbers to do a boiler mechanic's job.
