Kenlynn Lawn Care

He has been a big disappointment. He was a doing a good job initially when he started, and he asked me to review him on Angie's List, but I decided to wait. My neighbor is an elderly lady, and lives by herself, and I introduced him to her, to do her lawn. One day I came home from work, and she had left me an urgent message to please call her, when I called her, she was almost in tears. She said, he scared her. She was unhappy with what he had done. She called him and told him that she didn't want his services any more, and he said okay. He then buzzed her doorbell a few days later, she opened the door, and he barged in, trying to insist on being her lawn person. She had to threaten to call the police on him. I haven't had any bad experience with him. I encouraged her to call the police and to tell her family members about him. I continued to use him, and I don't like bills, so I would pay in bulk, especially if I was going to be out of the country, I paid him for 3 cuts and he didn't show up for 6 weeks, so we tried calling him, but he wouldn't answer, and then his answering machine went full. Then one day, he called my daughter, and said that he was away, and he was sorry and that he would be there next week. He never came, and by then, my next door neighbor got somebody else to do her lawn, and I took her number and got him to do my lawn. I then called him, and told him that I no longer required his services and he said okay. I told him that he owed me 40 Dollars, for which he didn't do the work. It has been 2 months, and he doesn't answer my calls, and hasn't returned my money. There is something wrong with him. He didn't do the job, because we paid him ahead of time. I didn't want to tell him anything after my neighbor complained about him, because he would feel that she was trying to spoil his business, so I waited for him to give me a reason to stop using him, and he gave me more than a good reason. When I told him that I got someone else to cut my lawn, and he asked me if it was for this one time, or if it was forever. The way he treated my neighbor was not good, and she is scared of making complaints.
