Giordano Concrete

He showed up to my house when I asked him not to, since my wife wasn't supposed to be home. Luckily she was there to witness him working on my porch for maybe 15min. All he did was caulk a crack and the end result looked HORRIBLE. Didn't smooth it out at all. Texted me 3 days later asking for payment. Told him that I can't justify spending 150 bucks on what he did and said he can either fix it and get paid or pull it out or leave it for me to pull out and not get paid. He said he would fix it. That was 3 days ago and no word. I'll wait another week then fix it myself. I can easily do a better job.

John's work ethic and reliability were excellent and he was just about the hardest worker I've ever had at my home. He consistently did small things to enhance the quality of his work (without being asked) and had a great attitude. He is VERY reasonable with his rates..so much so that I paid him and extra 15% after the job was completed. I would definitely have him back again for any further concrete work.

For simple work around the house the service was fine. Work was completed as requested and the concrete replacement looked good.
