 + 0 moreFreedom Fence installed a 6 ft. PVC perimeter fence, arbor, driveway gates around the yard of my residence. The work took only two days and they did a beautiful job. I have been impressed with the results and their professionalism. While the work was being performed, other contractors were doing work at the house and noted their superb work and craftsmanship. I have given their business card to them and will recommend Freedom Fence to other neighbors and friends in the area. It was a pleasure doing business with Freedom Fence!

 + -1 moreSarah worked us in for an estimate the same day we called. Everything went just as she said it would. The installer, Ben came by to do the work and was very professional and friendly. We had furniture in the way of where we wanted the box and he cheerfully asked if he could help move it. Very nice fellow. Had just dealt with a very sullen Verizon guy and Ben was a breath of fresh air. He was also patient about instructing us on the use of the system and sensitive to our worries about our hyper-reactive dog. WeI had called around and the technology they use was the best fit for our narrow waterfront lot. The dog can have access to the front and back yards and to the water, without going through the house, which was just what we wanted and something that other brands couldn't provide.
Description of Work: Installed a three sided (open to water at one end) electric fence to contain our labradoodle.

I could reach him anytime including weekends. If I had to leave a message on his phone, he would always return the call the same day. Steve came out for the installation. He and his coworker were very professional at all times. They could not be more accommodating.
Description of Work: Replaced approx. 50 ft. of chain link fence with an aluminum fence.

 + 0 moreShane and Steve were unbelievable (A+++ Service) I wanted to have a gate installed around my parking pad without losing my private off street parking. I live in the city of Baltimore so this project would require out of the box thinking in order the following requirements to be met (1) add privacy (2) retain the current function of my parking pad (3) install a gate that is aesthetically pleasing. Both Steve and Shane were professional from start to finish. They installed my gate in under five hours and I must say that I was pleased with the finished product. After the contractors left my house I saw a small gap between the gate door post and the cinder block wall I share with my neighbor. I called Shane and asked him if he could install a bracket on the gate to close the gap and he agreed. When I came home the from work the following day, the bracket had been installed!!! That's what I consider great customer service. Why because Freedom Fence was interested in making sure I was satisfied despite the fact the job was paid for. In my experience you just do not find contractors who go the extra mile to make their customers happy. I would hire them again without giving it a second thought.

 + 0 moreThese guys ar every good at what they do. They can do everything from kitchens and bathrooms to decks and fences. I had a small fence put in in the back yard, A+. I had my deck stained and lattice put up, A+. They also remodeled my bathrooms and everything was picture perfect, A+.
Description of Work: Stained the back deck as well put in a fence. Also they are very handy in and around the house. Steve, the owner is very knowledgeable and friendly and has also redesigned a few bathrooms in my house.

There was nothing bad, they were really flexible with what I wanted and they were also very flexible with my schedule, I had to ask them to wait a few times, and they were willing to wait, and came and did the job when we were ready. They did a beautiful job.

He follow-up with me and he came back out the second time and told me he's available even though he was going to be on vacation. With our circumstances changed and we needed to delay the job momentarily, they were flexible with us. They just have an excellent customer service and I hope their product is as good as their customer service. I went on using their service.

 + -1 moreArrived on time and ready to work. Two men drilled, assembled, and bolted down the completed railings. Also, to my surprise, tightened down the original railing which had become loose. Everything done in a timely and professional manner. A pleasure to have them do the work.

 + -1 moreI want an estimator that is going to do a careful, thoughtful job os estimating, and is will to take time to answer my questions and provide the information that I need.
Description of Work: I called Freedom Fence for an estimate on vinyl picket fencing. I had to call several times before I got a response. Once the estimator did arrive, he asked me how long the fence would be. I said that I wanted him to measure. He clearly didn't want to have to measure the distance, and asked me if I had other companies out, and wanted to know if we could just use their measurements. He did finally take the measurements himself, but did not seem interested in specifics (where I wanted it to stop, how I wanted the fence to turn the corner, etc). He even told me that "didn't matter right now". I said that I was confused about the styles and asked if he could help me. He said that he didn't have a flier, but I could look it up on the website. I said that I had already looked but the styles were not all on there. He told me that I could drive to the manufacturer's showroom (over an hour away from my house) because he had to work 90 hours a week, and didn't have time to drop a flyer off at my house. He did tell me that if I was sure that I was going to buy a fence from him, he would bring me a flier. I asked if there were any local customers that had similar fences that I could go see. He said he guessed he could look through all his previous contracts (making it very clear he didn't want to do that for me). Despite the fact that I had not even selected a fencing style, he punched up a number on his phone, and showed it to me. That was supposed to be my "estimate". I have literally spent hundreds of thousands of dollars improving my home and dealt with lots of contractors in my time as a homeowner, but this one was one of the biggest wastes of time I have ever experienced. I would never buy a fence from a company that wasn't even willing to show me a picture of the product that they were going to install, or wasn't even willing to drop a flier in the mail for me, that wasn't interested in measuring, and that flashed a number on their i-phone in lieu of a written estimate.
