I was very pleased with this company. We moved into a brand new townhome and had to get the neighbors permission and HOA permission in order to get approval for the patio and the Fence. Kyle kept checking in on a weekly to every two weeks to find out the status of what was going on. Once all approvals came in they started about 3 weeks later. The patio was installed in one day, and it was wonderful work and two days later the fence was installed all in a day. I really have to sing praises about the fencing people. When they installed my patio they put in a tube that connected to my gutter for the water to drain out, but I noticed that the tube was pointing up and collecting rain water instead of releasing the water into the ground. So I casually mentioned it to the fencing guys that I need to call the patio people back out to fix the problem. Well the head person went to home depot and bought a new kind of drain to release the rain water. He didn't have to do that but he knew the patio people are really busy this time of season so he took it upon himself to fix the problem. Little did I know until later that he was part owner of the company, which surprised me because you normally don't see the owners working along side of their employees. Really said alot about the care and level they put into this project. I would definitively recommend this company and I will be using them again in the future.

They did a great job and I was pleased with their services. They addressed whatever concerns the city inspector had when he came to inspect the project.

Overall the experience was very good with this company. Dan showed up exactly as needed and walked us through some great options and details on fence/deck prices. His quotes came in roughly the same as several other companies we had requested quotes from as well. We choose to go with another company only due to some special offers they were able to provide. I would contact Freedom Fence again in the future and recommend them as well. They were very professional and provided a fair quote.

Dan initially took our information and Steve picked up seamlessly and handle our specific needs without missing a step. The work was handled in 2 days and even a small issue was resolved immediately. I appreciate his ability to finish the job to my satisfaction.

Working with Freedom Fence and Deck Inc was an absolute pleasure from beginning to end. Our sales man Kyle was honest, direct, personable, and understanding of some last minute changes we had to make due to unforeseen circumstances. We had signed our contract for a full privacy fence in the back yard and at the very last second we were slapped with a nasty oil bill that wiped out our budget. He and the company were incredibly gracious in allowing us to scale back our project to accomodate the new budget we could afford. I was so thankful to work with such an understanding company. The actual work done in our backyard is gorgeous. We ended up getting our front chain link double gate replaced and a 6ft wooden privacy fence installed to split up our front and back yards. The front gate was just exactly as promised. We haven't had a single issue with it and it matches the rest of the fencing up front perfectly. The owner of the company and one of his employees personally performed the work at our house. The men were professional, kind, and left everything clean and beautiful when they finished. The fence itself brought a lot of compliments from neighbors and many inquiries about who had done such nice work for us. After about a month of having the fence the latch was bent by the gate slamming shut in the wind and a board had gotten slightly warped when it settled. I called the Freedom Fence office and within 2 days the owner of the company was at my house and had fixed both problems for free. The lifetime warranty on the fence is no joke. These guys mean what they say. I just contacted Kyle and Freedom Fence again today for an estimate on finishing the fence in the back and adding a paver patio. We aren't interested in looking any further than this company do our work for us this Spring. I know they will give us the best prices and amazing work and service.

Love Freedom Fence, worked with Kyle. Excellent work, rushed out the night before our installation in the rain to give us a quote on some additional work we wanted done. Installation was done quickly. Did have to wait a bit to get someone out to do the initial estimate and the installation but they let me know ahead of time the wait time I was looking at so I didn't mind. I would absolutely use them again and they were well worth the wait. Great payment terms as well. Excellent communication & would highly recommend.

The estimator was not punctual to the point of having to reschedule, because showing up at 10 pm is not acceptable. The level of communication was sub-par at best. It often took a couple of days for a response. The estimator boosted about his 'new warranty' that covered repairs for as long as I owned the home. Their website has a five year limited warranty on fences. When I asked for this in writing before signing anything, the estimator gave me a bunch of excuses as to why he could not provide this to me and eventually stopped responding to my communication. The whole process was like dealing with used car salesman. I signed a contract with another company.

The air conditioner unit is located in the rear of our church. Someone stole approximately 30' of copper piping lading from the unit into the church. To prevent this from occurring again we decided to fence in the air conditioner unit and cover the copper piping (that travel several feet up the church's outside wall) to prevent futher thefts. Kyle from Freedom Fence came out within the promised 2 days and gave an estimate. We were very please with their estimate after estimates give by 2 other companies. They agreed to the time frame we wanted the work done. They arrived on the promised date and the work was completed in less than a day. The fence with a gate is excellent & some covering for the pipe traveling up the church's wall is acceptable also. We were very please with their work, timeliness and professionalism. We recommend them highly and would use them again if need be.

company installed a new fence. crew was great they were done in one day. they even cleared brush to install. great job. after thinking about it I probably could have gotten more fence cheaper but they did a good job

From the very beginning I was very pleased with the interactions and professionalism of Dan at Freedom Fence and Deck. Dan had come over to give us an estimate on the construction, and was very quick and thorough with his quote. He even was able to provide us with a very good quote. We ended up choosing to use Freedom Fence and Deck and couldn't be happier. We ended up getting a snag in our plans, needing to get a boundary survey done due to the lack of a plat for our property, and Dan was able to recommend a company that he frequently uses, and we were able to get a bit of a discount on that because of their history of working together. This was a pretty big relief as we had received quotes of up to $1700 for that work, and it ended up being less than half of that. During the whole process, Dan and Candy with Freedom Fence were very responsive to any phone calls and were very pleasant to work with. I will definitely use them again for future construction projects.

They were fast and efficient. They seemed pretty nice. They did a job.

Was looking for a company that would powerwash and seal my deck. Received a call after the holiday. They don't perform that service.

Even though they had a guaranteed low price than other estimates, we went with someone else

Freedom Fence was punctual and responsive from estimate through installation. They came when they said there would which is a challenge in this day and age. Price was in-line with other estimates but we appreciated the customer service from this company. The project was completed in 2 days. We appreciate Freedom Fence returning on a Friday night after a complaint (misunderstanding really) from one of our neighbors. They went above and beyond what they needed to do to resolve the situation. Thanks again. Love the work.

From start to finish we were extremely pleased with Freedom Fence. When I reached out to them to schedule a quote, Kyle immediately got in touch with me. We scheduled a time for him to come out to take a look at the property. He arrived on time and was very helpful. He asked good questions and helped us to select the fence that best met our needs. Steve and his team built the fence, and they did a great job. They showed up on time, and completed the job in the exact amount of time discussed. We will definitely be recommending them to our friends and neighbors.

Shane was our salesman and was terrific to work with from start to finish. We had gotten 2 other quotes and were in sticker shock. Shane was able to give us the exact design we wanted for a much better price. When the crew arrived they got right to work. The layout we contracted for was not what they appeared to be planning so we called Shane and he came out and made it right. They had to have some additional pickets cut but did manage to get it all done in a day. We are very happy with the results. It is exactly what we wanted. We highly recommend them!

The guys showed up promptly as scheduled during a few of the coldest days this winter. They worked on my fence until the snow started coming down and still came back to finish, in the snow, the following day. With the weather the way that it was that week, I expected to have the work pushed back (and I would've been okay with that). Now that the snow has melted, I was able to walk around my yard and get a better look at the fence. They did a great job, were very professional and left everything neat and clean. I appreciated that no matter the temperature, they were dedicated to finishing the job in a timely manner. I don't know how they got the job done so nicely under those weather conditions and with the outside water faucet freezing up. They also gave me good advice and made sure if there had to be any slight changes, that it was approved by me before they continued the work. Great job!!

We had Freedom Fence and Deck install our deck a couple of years ago (FANTASTIC JOB) and had them come back to give us an estimate on extending it out further than the original design. We had a few other estimates but was not impressed with the response we had from other companies regarding the project. Freedom Fence and Deck assured us the project wouldn't be as difficult as others explained, and the price was spot on. The crew showed up as scheduled, worked through some pretty bad weather until the project was complete, and our yard was spotless when the job was done. We weren't even active Angie's List members anymore, but decided to join again and post a review because we are now true believers that Angie's List is the place to find solid contractors for our home improvement needs.

I had about at least 5 estimates and they varied prices. It was about $3,000 to $12,000 for the same fence and he was about $4,000. He wasn’t the cheapest but what I like about him is he didn’t dilly dally. He came out at the end of the week and it was up that day. He was really good. There weren’t any dislikes. He was just a great guy. He loves my dog.

His verbal quote was a couple hundred dollars more than the other quotes I got from other companies, and I never received a written estimate for the fence, or for the deck work we discussed.

A pleasant experience. The Freedom Fence team that I worked with were very professional, experienced and provided exceptional workmanship. Customer service was exceptional as well. I worked mainly with Shane, however, my interactions with Steve and other members of the team were met with the same exceptional customer service, professionalism and workmanship.

I have been taken advantage of by many contractors in the past. My wife had estimates of other contractors but I went on Angie's list and found freedom fence and deck which had mostly great reviews. I called and spoke with Shaun he came out and gave me a estimate which I thought was high. He talk me out of a PVC fence and into an aluminum fence. I was very uneasy. Well Shaun was right on. Steve the owner came out I'd what they said. The fence looks great. Neighbors commented on how great the fence looks . They got many jobs fom my neighbors and I will use them again. Everything when perfect. Even the weather was good. Everyone arrived slightly ahead of time and work was started and finished in a very timely manor I could not ask for a better job. The complete job was finished buy mid afternoon. Looks Great!
