My neighbors (I live in a duplex) called Tim McDowell to remove a raccoon and its offspring from under their roof. I live in a duplex and the raccoon had managed to nest under my neighbors' roof by entering through an open window in my attic. Rather than trapping the raccoon, he scared it away to my side of the roof. This was all done unbeknownst to me. Neither the neighbors nor Tim thought it worthwhile to alert me to the situation despite the fact that the raccoon was supposed to traverse my attic again on its way out from under my neighbors' roof. When I realized what happened, and that the raccoon was now living in my chimney, I asked Tim to finish the job on my side of the duplex. He took a look around and he promised to be back to finish the job. He asked the same fee he had already charged my neighbor. When I did not hear from him for about two weeks, after a phone call he promised to show up the next day. He did not make it to my house as promised and did not bother to let me know about a problem or to reschedule. After another call he promised again to be back in a couple of days but I had already found someone else to help me.
