Demolition went fast and thank goodness did not uncover any unknown problems when walls and flooring were removed. All work completed within agreed timeline. We now have a beautiful bathroom that doesn't feel as small and confining as the old design! Love my beautiful roomy shower!

Outstanding from pre-start to finish. Naomi and Deana helped us with our design using a computer program, samples from their store showroom, and websites with companies they recommend. Deana kept in constant contact with us throughout the project. During our planning phase, she was almost like our own personal consultant. Marco, who was in charge of the work was prompt, thorough and efficient the entire time. Both owners visited the site often while work was in progress. Communication was top notch. Any issue (all of them small and typical of any project) was resolved immediately. The staff at Zenith cares about its customers, and it shows.

The project was completed in a timely manner with no issues. We are happy with our experience with Zenith Kitchen and Bath and will definitely work with them again in the future.

My wife and I picked a few companies/contractors providing free estimations. And we sent out messages and email asking for quotes. Our criteria were 1) contractor/company with a proper license and insurance, 2) promptness in communication, and 3) affordable price. Comparing a few quotes after free estimations, we picked 'Zenith Kitchen and Bath.' They quickly responded to our queries and provided an affordable price as well as flexible payment options including major credit cards without additional charge. Some companies demanded only check or cash for the payment option. Some companies accepted a credit card but with addition charge of a few % of the entire contracted amount. This credit card payment option was a great plus. The designer at 'Zenith Kitchen and Bath' made an appointment to show us their CAD design for our project. We initially considered remodeling four areas in our house. However, we had to upgrade only our kitchen due to other projects of higher priority. Also, due to other projects, we needed an additional cost down on the budget for the kitchen upgrade. Hence, we requested a design change, and they responded to our request quickly. All staffs and subcontractors were courteous, easy to communicate with, and understood our needs well. They clearly explained what they could and couldn't before starting any tasks. When they couldn't meet our needs, they provided a few alternative options. There was a delay in the project due to an incorrectly delivered kitchen sink. Except that, the whole project went smoothly. We examined the whole kitchen meticulously, and we found a crack in a cabinet drawer and a few other minor defects. They accommodated our complaint and treated the issues pointed out quickly. Even after the final payment, we requested a sidewall trim. They did it without additional charge. This sidewall trimming took a while due to their other on-going works.

Everything was handled very professionally. There were a couple of small scratches on the vanities that probably happened at the warehouse, but they came out and fixed them immediately. They were very pleasant and accommodating to work with. We would definitely recommend them.

ZKB met all of our expectations in regards to the design, execution, and professionalism! Their design knowledge helped to create the perfect kitchen that fits all of our needs as a family. The showroom is located conveniently on Baltimore National Pike. The selection process was made easy thanks to the wealth of resources they have in the showroom including samples, catalogs, and paint swatches. The design team offered excellent suggestions that added more function, style, and sophistication to the design. The utilization of the 3D software definitely helped solidify our decision to go with Zenith kitchen and Bath for our kitchen remodel.

The staff at Zenith Kitchen and Bath made the remodeling process very smooth. We entered their showroom on whim and was greeted by a kind sales consultant who spoke our language (Korean). From there, were spoke to them about our desire to renovate the kitchen at our new (now current) home. The next day, they came to our home and took measurements of the area. They placed these measurements in their 3D software program along with our finish selections (tile, countertop, cabinets, etc.) and we were able to get a good glimpse of how our new kitchen would look like. Installation was very quick (about 3 weeks). There were minor bumps such as the adjustment of an outlet and moving our appliances, but overall, they were professional, patient, and punctual with the remodeling process.

The entire process was very professional. They arrived on time and finished when they said they would. They offered helpful tips on the care of the granite. The result is a beautiful new kitchen for me. As a result of their skill, my countertop appears to be seamless. From the time they helped me with my selection to the finished product, it was a smooth operation. Have no hesitation about recommending them to anyone.

Mason and team are true craftsmen, they did an awesome job in my house. They worked with me on cabinet design and layout, they helped me choose the right cabinets for me and were very patient and understanding of my budget. I like the fact that they didn?t try oversell me, they were very honest guys. My kitchen now has lovely white cabinets. I would recommend Zenith kitchen and bath to everyone I know.

l had Zenith kitchen and bath do my kitchen. l selected them after speaking with three other contractors and getting other bids. They were neither the cheapest more the most expensive but we felt more comfortable with Mason, the owner than with any of the other contractors. My confidence was well-placed. He was straightforward business like while but personable. The work was all done in a timely manner. He's crew is excellent. He and his crew are very hard-working considerate and personable as well. They had good ideas as well and I grew comfortable having them in the house. The follow-up was very good as well. There have been a few minor items that need touching up or fixing and they have been out here promptly with no hassle. From the beginning ahmet was helpful and explained what our options were. My wife waffled with granite choices twice and he was professional and courteous. After personally matching the veining with ahmet I can say I'm very happy at how our countertops came out.

Overall it was good experience with them. They know what they are doing and I recommend them whoever needs bathroom remodeling.
