I met Tony around 2018-2019 when I needed someone to find tenants for a long term rental that I eventually sold in 2024. For 5 years Tony had been my one and only go-to for my rental turns. His knowledge of the area and his resources are what I needed considering I was a distant owner. I never had to worry after putting the rental in Tony’s care to find, show, and prepare the lease paperwork. He would take time to go over the particulars of each applicant for me to make a decision on acceptance. When I decided to sell there was no need for me to find a realtor because I already knew Tony would do a fantastic job. The property listed 6/24, under contract 7/1 and closed 7/25. It’s due to the open house he orchestrated, all of his preparedness and his representation that I was able to get it under contract quickly. He took the time to walk me through all the contract paperwork and kept me informed of all the important dates we needed to hit and get feedback to the buyers agent. While it was not without issues toward closing due to circumstances neither of us could fathom, Tony didn’t let that deter him. He took the lead to get everyone in the conversation to find a solution. This man worked miracles. He kept me calm through the entire process as it can be nerve wracking. He would always say, “ I see this all the time”, or “ don’t worry this isn’t as bad as others that I’ve seen”. I am beyond grateful having met Tony when I did. He took the stress out of what it took to manage getting tenants to ultimately selling the property. I honestly could not have done any of this without his skillful navigation and knowledge of the real estate world. Any emails, texts, or calls I made were always answered in the same day or next. He is a great communicator and it was absolutely a pleasure to have been a client of his.

Tony is awesome! He was my real estate agent. I relocated from MD to GA. He was very professional and thorough throughout the entire process. Whenever I had questions, he was always there to answer them. He always answered his phone and took the time to explain everything. I never felt rushed. He was very patient with me and my husband. I loved that he has years of experience in real estate, top notch training and a construction background too. He resume was very impressive which is the main reason why we chose to work with him. Tony will have your best interest at all times. His goal is to make sure your house sales at the best price, and it did. He made the process nice and smooth. Tony really cared about ME! He was always prompt in returning calls or texts and if there was a problem, he was on it immediately. Being from out of state, I had many questions but he never made me feel 'silly' for asking them. Tony made what could have been a very stressful and difficult process as seamless as could be! Tony is a great real estate agent to work with! Very responsive and courteous at all times regardless if you send him a text, email, or call. His contractor / construction experience was helpful in understanding what problems with some homes could be disastrous and even a bit of the process of various repairs to homes if we were to fix them up. The Caldwell Banker website tool is super handy as well! We could favorite homes that we want to visit or make comments on certain homes which is shared with Tony. It is great for trying to be on the same page. As first-time home buyers, Tony provided some great advice to me and my wife on the closing process and answered what seemed like a million other questions. He was also there for us when trying to construct an offer on the house that my wife and I bought. Two thumbs up for Tony Zowd and I would definitely recommend him to others!

Selling a home is a taxing and stressful experience. When I first began interviewing realtors I wasn't sure what to expect or how I would know when I found the right one. Within five minutes of speaking with Tony I knew he was the only person I would trust to help me sell my home. Tony's professionalism and patience were made immediately apparent, and his willingness to work with me could not have been more appreciated. Furthermore, his constant updates and accessibility were a much needed relief. Tony is what every realtor should strive to be. He truly works for you and will fight for you. I've been working with Tony for years and I trust his expertise and advice when it comes to my home. He's hardworking, diligent, responsive, communicative and trustworthy. He patiently did what he needed to do to help my home get rented. It is very difficult to be a landlord and one that is out of state but Tony has helped immensely by making this process easier. Mr Zowd and I began discussions long before my needing his real state services. He is to be commended on his willingness to provide information. Because of this I went back to him as a source for getting my rental leased. Without going into too much, my initial conversation was well over a year or two prior to 2019 when I was able to get the renovation completed on my rental. I contacted Mr Zowd just before the renovation to get the process rolling for acquiring a tenant. He handled all the paper work and thoroughly explained a great deal for which I was either unsure or had no knowledge of in understanding the screening process. Even as a seasoned investor, I was grateful to have his knowledge and help.

Working with Tony has been an amazing experience. I was purchasing my first home and he took the time to thoroughly explain the process to me from best case to worst case scenario. He was professional and very attentive to my many questions, no matter how simple. I was sad I was able to find and purchase a home so quickly, but the process went smoothly and I only have Tony to thank. The process was simple and the experience was great with Tony. He was very attentive to our needs and was able to recommend communities that we were not originally considering, and in the end we found a home that we loved in one of the communities that he had recommended. The whole process was easy and straightforward with Tony. His experience at remodeling was instrumental in helping us identify homes that had potential for renovation, the condition of some of the repairs in some homes, and overall helped us find a place that was in great condition and suited our needs.

We chose Tony out of a pool of 5 realtors. He had the highest ratings and was offering a promotion through our credit union. He treated us with respect even though we were younger seller/buyers and had a lot of questions throughout the process. He was professional and honest throughout the process. He was responsive to phone calls, emails, and text messages and arrived early to all of our appointments. Most importantly, I felt like I could confide in him and rely on him to carry us through the process. If I had to offer one criticism, I would say that he is very brand-oriented. He represents a group of realtors called the "Integrity Plus Network" and that name is plastered everywhere, from business cards to calendars to our yard sign. It seemed a little much at times. Overall I would highly recommend him.

After reading the outstanding reviews on Angie's List, we felt very comfortable in contacting Tony about the possibility of acting as the agent to handle the sale of the house which my brother and I had inherited from our parents. After meeting Tony, we felt that the glowing recommendations were not exaggerated. With his background in home restorations, Tony was able to advise us on projects necessary to enhance the marketability of the house. In addition to being very patient and understanding with the extended time that it took for us to complete projects, Tony was busy researching the market in our area. While he kept in contact with us to see if there was anything we needed as the work was being completed, he never made us feel that we should move faster. Consequently, when the house was ready for sale, Tony was prepared to list it immediately, and we received multiple offers in the first week. Finding someone to work with on such an important process/decision as buying a home can be difficult. Tony was not the first realtor assigned to me but he was the best. From the first phone call, to the first meeting, to the many home visits, to contacting the loan officer when necessary, and during closing he was in my corner and very professional. He took the time to meet and find out our needs and wants. He was patient not pushy. He was thorough and not looking for a quick pay day. After sitting on the market for a while, (no reflection on Tony) I was finally able to sell my home a month ago. During this period it was challenging and at times a little daunting, but Tony continued to work closely with me and made me feel, as though I was his only client. Exceptional is what Tony has been to us. I think my husband found Tony on the internet after we got ticked off with the agent we were working with at the time. Unlike the previous agent, Tony was thorough. He listened to us, went through our "must haves" and "wish list" for a home. Our experience with him was nothing short of exemplary. Tony was always professional (in appearance as well as in the way he addressed us), valued our time, gave great advise (e.g., getting the home inspected even if it's a brand new house), and very much committed to seeing us through the process. We are first home buyers and truly appreciate his dedicated effort to ensure that the process started and ended well for us. He is also so very honest...a very hard quality to find in salesmen these days. We are forever indebted to him and comes highly recommended!

It went amazingly well. From looking at Homes all the way through closing Tony was more than we could have ever wanted. My husband does construction and since Tony has done the same in the past together they could spot any issues at all that might be found in a home, so we didn't have to worry that something major could get missed. Tony even took us out to look at homes shortly after the blizzard and was willing to trudge through 3 feet of snow with us. Tony took time after those first showings to go over all the information we could possibly need and all the paperwork and information that goes onto the process of buying a home, and he patiently answered all of our questions which were numerous since this was our first home purchase. Once we made an offer and it was accepted Tony was able to recommend someone for everything we needed and the people he recommended were as wonderful as him and easy to work with. He was there for the inspection and whenever I had silly questions or just needed someone to tell me everything is going as it should he was there, he would always answer or get back to me shortly. We went from and offer to closing in just about a month. A few weeks after we moved in we had a problem with the washing machine and I knew Tony had set us up to get a home warranty but we hadn't received the paperwork yet, so even though his work was done Tony helped me to get through to the right company and get things set up so we could get it fixed right away. Tony was an absolute pleasure to work with and if I ever have a need for a realtor in the future he will be my go to guy and I have already referred him to my parent who will son be looking to sell their home.
