We are affiliated with Re/Max Advantage Realty with offices in Ellicott City, Fulton, Eldersburg, Westminster, and Baltimore City. We are a group of full time, local, experienced Realtors specializing in helping our clients buy and sell condominiums, town homes, single homes, and land plus guidance in new construction and through the often complex simultaneous purchase and sale process. Team Kinnear is customer service oriented and extremely organized. We have a thorough and innovative marketing plan. Our constant communication is aimed at keeping our clients informed throughout the process. We will always offer guidance that is in your best interests, but are never pushy. Greg Kinnear and his staff have exceeded all expectations! He has been a pleasure to work with, but more importantly, he has also demonstrated an extraordinary willingness to go the extra mile (and then some) to make sure that every detail was considered and handled well. There were a number of repairs needed before we could put our home on the market, and he was especially helpful by recommending excellent firms and experts who did the work in a very professional and satisfactory manner. He also provided excellent advice when setting the price and negotiating the sale of our home. I very highly recommend Greg as an outstanding realtor!
