The team was through and I immediately smelled the refreshing smell throughout the house. I was pleased with the end product. I will schedule this crew to clean the rest of my house.

I have had other cleaning people before and Gisa and her team were by far the most FANTASTIC and THOROUGH! They scrubbed my home. The bathrooms, the kitchen and the hardwood floors SPARKLED when they left me. The house was clean and smelled clean. A superior job--all around. Also, Gisa uses the best equipment and supplies which really says something about her and the quality she endevours to deliver.

I purchase a deal and they immediately contacted me and we confirmed a time and day. They came in and did a very thorough cleaning job. Very professional.and pleased with the result.

I am absolutely thrilled. The bathroom and kitchen were absolutely disgusting and the dust may well have been 1/4 inch thick on the mantle and along the baseboard molding. I left the house to give the four person crew room to work and when I came back, the smell of 'clean' just hit me in the face. The difference is truly night and day. AND all of this work was done under a $99 special price for 6 hours of cleaning (in this case 4 people for about 1.5 hours). I will definitely have them back, I'm so very pleased.

Gisa and her crew showed up right on time and did a great job, a couple hours later the house looked great. Would definitely use again.

Everything went very well. They were good on following up with scheduling and arranging the service. She kept working with me on the date. Her crew was very engaged in doing a good job. They were efficient and did more than I had anticipated. We liked them so much that I contracted them to schedule ongoing service.

First thing, they were very communicative via the Angie's List Messages system. Anytime I had a question, they answered within 24-48 hours. Second, they were very easy to schedule - a good trick, considering how crazy my own schedule is - and found a date that worked for us both. When the week finally arrived (> 10 weeks after purchasing their Big Deal), they followed up to remind me and to confirm their arrival time. When the date of service arrived, they showed up on time, they did a great job, they disposed of everything, and they left nearly[*] without a trace -- except for the clean house they left behind. Thanks! [*]Note: The "nearly" was due to a jacket left behind by one of the crew. I couldn't put the jacket into my closet since it reeked of cigarette smoke (I'm a non-smoker with a sensitive nose). It's now been three weeks (and a couple of emails) and nobody has come to collect the jacket.

The owner, Ms. "Gisa" Vaz, is very pleasant and easy to work with. Her workers do not speak English, but Gisa communicates well with them. This is the third time that I have used this service, and I will continue to use them. This is a new, very small company to which I was glad to be introduced by Angie's List. Gisa efficiently makes appointments by text messaging, and she offers discounts for regular customers. She texted me, as soon as she re-locked the front door, allowing me to immediately re-arm the security system, remotely.(She takes cash or a check, and will take credit cards very soon).

Gisa and her team arrived as schedueld and after a quick walk through to discuss what needed doing, they quickly started cleaning. It was apparent that they were organized and well prepared. They divided up and headed in different directions of the house, each taking different rooms. There was very little talking and alot of work. For the next 3 hours, they moved through the house - cleaning the usual items as well as overhead fans, light glodes, tops of pictures, bookcase shelves, etc. I have tried several cleaners and Gisa's SP Cleaning is the best. They are reasonably priced and providee an exceptional value. We are retaining them for regular cleaning.

They were prompt, friendly and hardworking. They went beyond the hours promised in the Big Deal. $ women came and stayed at least 2 hours. The owner, Gisa was part of the crew. They cleaned some areas which had been neglected for a long time and even found some things we had been looking for.

I bought this deal over a month ago and have called them many times. There's never any answer, and I have not been able to set up an appointment. I'm very disappointed with this company. I hope that I can work this out so that I can use this deal.

It was great. They do very high quality work. I think it was a pretty good deal, although she did say that she would actually be charging only about $90 or $100 to clean my place on a regular basis.

We tried SP with to Angies List "deal". We wanted a thorough clean to determine if we wanted to use SP on a regular basis. Gisa, the owner, visited to look at the house and gave us a price for the full house deep clean. We realized that the 6 hours that came with the deal would not be sufficient time. We were super impressed with how thorough the 4 person team worked. Gisa, the owner led the "team". We plan on using them on a regular basis now.

My husband and I purchased a deal via Angie's List. The team arrived early. They were polite, got right to work, and were thorough. My husband was here and was very impressed. When I got home, the house looked great, and there was no chemical smell--just clean! We have a toddler so it was nice to have the house degrimed. Glad we worked with the SP's team.

They showed up on time, ready to work, listened to special instruction, asked questions, worked carefully and thoroughly and quickly, checked back, left on time, and made me soooo happy! I have hired them to come every other week and do their magic!! How very very pleased I am, a smile on my face, everywhere I look my home is lovely and clean.

Gisa (the owner) responded quickly to my email and phone call. We arranged for an initial visit. She arrived promptly. We talked about the details of the service and what I was interested in. Gisa was extremely courteous and professional. We agreed on a time.S&P Cleaning Service arrived at their expected time. They cleaned everything with care and completeness. I am very pleased with Gisa and her company.

SP's Cleaning Service did a fantastic job! They cleaned my house from top to bottom. They did a very thorough job. I will definitely have them back.

A team of 3 came. I got them thru a special deal of 6 hours of cleaning (2 hrs. each). They did an outstanding job, brought their own cleaning supply, worked very hard and efficiently. Very friendly and polite and listened to my special requests. They did deep cleaning and washed off finger prints on walls, light fixtures, vacumed entire house including couches. They dusted pictures, light fixtures; thoroughly cleaned bathrooms and kitchens. I highly recommend them and would use them in the future.

Ms.Gisa and her crew of 2 women came on time, brought their own quipment/supplies and did a deep cleaning of the house including the finished basement downstairs. She had great attention to details, the places I forget about--cleaning over door mouldings, above the bedroom curtains, etc. They worked fast and furious and did a professional job. The same group came next month and did just as good. Ms. Gisa is easy to work with, is open to requests, and it is my impression she sincerely takes pride in doing a good job for her customers.

After using 5 different cleaning services over the last few years, I finally found a cleaner I am happy with. SP Cleaning is very reasonably priced and provide exceptional service. Their initial deep cleaning was very thorough. They even cleaned a heavily used stepstool and made it look new again. They wiped every service, hand-cleaned the wood floors, wiped the washing machine and dryer, plus lots of other details beyond what is expected. They work in a team of three, which includes the owner. I didn't want to write a review right away based on the initial clean. Sometimes a cleaning service will do the first cleaning really well and then slack off in subsequent cleanings once you hire them on a regular schedule. So I waited until SP Cleaning made a second visit. I was just as happy with the level of professionalism and quality as I was after their first visit. I only added a 'B' rating on their punctuality because they arrived later than we had scheduled, but they gave me plenty of notice and the delay was not an inconvenience to me. I highly highly recommend them.

We have just recently started with Spencer cleaning, and we are thrilled! Gisa is friendly, professional and obviously takes pride in her work. We were looking for a smaller company, since we were tired of the revolving door of employees and lack of accountability of the larger companies. We found her on Angie's list and decided to give her a try. Wow! On the first visit she put our old company to total shame. Like a previous reviewer said, she cleaned things we didn't expect her to. It was fun to walk all around the house and find the things that she did: She cleaned our pantry floor! She cleaned the glass on our front door! She cleaned our vases on top of our bathroom cabinet! The whole place literally sparkles when she is done. She does excellent work, and we think her services are a great value for the price.

We interviewed three housecleaning companies found on Angie's List and chose Spencer Cleaning over the other two. The owner is very professional and personable, easy to contact, and their monthly rates were lower than the others. We used them for an initial major house cleaning, and we trust them with our house key for regular cleanings every other week. We also used their services to clean our rental home. They do excellent work, and stay until the job is done. They clean things that I never expected them to clean, and everything they clean is absolutely spotless. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The service is excellent. The owner, Gisa Vaz, is extremely competent, friendly, and flexible. She and her team always show up when they say they are going to. They will do anything that I ask--they don't insist on doing only the same thing every week. Their work is always good. I would highly recommend.
