SP's Cleaning Services

They arrived a little late, but called to tell me beforehand. The house is now clean. I had to leave the house before the cleaning was finished; they touched nothing they shouldn?t have and did a good job, particularly on a very difficult shower stall. I will arrange to have them back on a monthly basis.

Gisa and her 'band of wonder women' (as I call them) are reliable, honest, thorough, appreciate comments and suggestions, listen to what you ask them to do. My house is cleaner now than it has ever been. They come every other week and, except for the few things that MUST be done in between their visits, they keep everything beautifully. I love coming home to a clean house.

I contacted Gisa in May, 2014 as my previous house cleaner who worked for me for over 10 years, retired. Gisa came promptly to see my house and provided an estimate, which was slightly higher than what I had been paying, but seemed reasonable. The first cleaning was great- the team arrived on time and the house sparkled. The second cleaning 2 weeks later was great too. After that, there were multiple texts from Gisa about whether someone would be home on the scheduled day because the cleaning crew did not have my key. This caused my husband to stay late to let the team into my house. We agreed on Monday mornings at 7:30 AM but a few weeks after starting, the time shifted without any communication with me. If I didn't ask each week, I never knew what time they were coming. After the first few weeks, the cleaning was OK- not perfect- things forgotten- but I gave feedback and it would be improved for a week and then back to just OK. The final straw was when I came home and found my front door unlocked (for the second time), all the lights on in and outside my house, except for the area where the team had blown the circuit breaker. I'm not sure what they were doing to blow the circuit breaker as my house is not old and I rarely blow a breaker. The cleaning is OK, but I felt a lack of respect for my home and my time.

My wife and I used other cleaners over the past several years. What SP did today was extremely impressive. We thought our other cleaners did a good job cleaning (we discontinued because of breakage of items in our home.) Well, SP showed us what a real house cleaning looks like. They went so far as to move furniture to dust the molding behind the dressers. We have had 3 different cleaning companies over the past 7 years and NONE of them has done that. We always felt like we lived in a clean home, but SP surprised us with how much cleaner our house could be. We will continue to use them. If you are looking for house cleaners, you would be making a BIG mistake not hiring them for the job.

Very Prompt Response on email. Group came , did a great job. I explained to them what my wife needed to be done and they went above and beyond.

I've tried several cleaning companies and SP Cleaning is by far the best cleaning service I've tried. I have been using them as a regular cleaning company since I tried them on Angie's List.

The contact was quick--just after I purchased the Big Deal--and professional. She was friendly and flexible about scheduling. I was not home to meet the people who did the cleaning, so I cannot comment about their timeliness or professionalism. However, the house looked terrific when I got home. No complaints whatsoever. I selected N/A regarding price, as the Big Deal prices don't reflect the business's regular fees.

They did a good job on what they cleaned. They did not clean the tub in one bathroom as the cat had been sick in the tub. But they also didn't say anything to me about it. I would have appreciated them informing me of the problem so I could have taken care of it.

Did not use the service mostly because after initial scheduling had to reschedule couple of times and then did not need it anymore. Gisa is a very nice person to talk to and she was really trying to accommodate my busy schedule.

SP's Cleaning Services first came to me via an Angie's List Deal, and I was so impressed with their great job that I've had them back every other week since then. They are responsive to all requests, fast, no-detail-too-small. I can count on them and I trust them. Gisa and her co-workers have changed my life!

The service turned out to be fine. They did a good job cleaning, I would tell my family members that they were a responsive company. They scheduled timely. They came out and cleaned when they were supposed to. The quality was good when they came out for the deal.

Team of 4- they are fantastic! Time of arrival varies a little but I work at home so no big deal.

I did not like them. In fact, there was a dispute with them that I was involved. They contacted that I fix it. The owner capsized me. I was told that I was incorrect in what I have said. I called back and told that I cannot use them. I was really offended.

The service was tremendous. The crew was great, worked hard, and very detail oriented.

First of all the owner had a wonderfully upbeat personality. The women got to work immediately. My wife is a clean house maven and she was totally satisfied with the cleaning service.

They arrived on time, the team of 5 began to work immediately, and the house was sparkling clean in no time.

That was excellent. It was all good. They were very thorough, efficient and quick. If anything, they may have done more. It was a big job and they did it for the purchase. We would have understood if they said that it exceeded the hours but they did everything. The pricing was very fair.

I would give them a AAA rating!!

4 ladies arrived on time and after I told them what needed to be done they started working immediately. They were courteous, efficient and sometimes very funny. It was well worth the price.

They are excellent. They are on an on going basis now. They give me a general idea when they are coming. They are fast and thorough. I think their pricing is reasonable. They are trying to work on their punctuality right now because there is a question going from end of town going to the other. They cannot come when I need them. So, we have to kind of work out when they could come. They come every other week.

It went well, they arrived just after the time that we discussed, but I was aware of the delay, so it was fine. Their team came right in and got to work, they were very diligent and made sure I pointed out the areas that were important to me. I paid for 6 hours of work, for one person, and 5 people showed up and stayed until all the areas of importance were finished. It was an overall pleasant experience. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Deal on Angie's List $99.00 for 6 hours of cleaning. Never received service, and yet paid $99.00. 1st the owner said " if we use 6 people that's an hour per person, so its 1 hour, not 6 of cleaning" What? 2nd, tried to get several dates for cleaning and owner could not accommodate any. Frustrated, I finally said what date is good for YOU? She gave me a date and I said okay, how about in the morning? And she replied that MAYBE she could in the afternoon. Have moved from the area since then. Called Angie's List and they said they would TRY to get cleaning services in the state we live in now. Bottom Line paid $99.00 for nothing.
