 + 1 moreAwful....I was quoted and agreed to a price and a day/time for the job to be done. This was on a Tuesday for a Friday (same week) job; Sam promised to provide me with a COI for his company and to specify in writing what work would be performed as he just sent me a proposal, but was not specific. By Wednesday afternoon, he still had not done what he promised to do and then informed me that they would not be able to do the job after all....I had already cancelled the other cleaner. When I asked him when he WOULD be able to do the job, he never responded. He left me high and dry scrambling to get the townhouse ready to be shown and was completely unprofessional. I would never, ever, recommend him to anyone.
