reliable roofing

Mr. Miller and 'others' were late to the job. Upon 'completion' Mr. Miller says "It's your house but it's my roof", implying that it was his responsibility. Two weeks later there was a leak. When I called him for a repair, no answer. When he did answer, there were promises to come out, but I only know of one time he did. The roof leak just got worse. With a few months of back and forth, I was forced to report Mr. Miller to the Better Business Bureau of Maryland. The BBB seem to side with Miller and did absolutely nothing. There are also a few other complaints against him and his company reliable roofing on BBB. The whole report is on their website. The office number is out of service but the names don't change. Bottom line, is DO NOT conduct any business with Reliable Roofing and owner operators Nick Miller and Alex Miller.

I had no contact with this company until an unsolicited FAX appeared in my machine this morning. We are on the do-not-call list, so we shouldn't have gotten this FAX no matter what its content. But what motivated me to provide this review is that the advertisement included a statement that "You can find us on ... angieslist.com..." When I signed in to Angie's List, I discovered that this company has no reviews, and Angie's List notes that this company has had no reviews in the last three years. So clearly the company is attempting to mislead people into thinking that Angie's List recommends them, when the fact is that Angie's List has no critical information about them (positive or negative)---unless it permits this review.
