+ -1 moreI found Nicole when my sister was evicting some tenants in a rental property and needed the house cleaned before new people moved out. Since my sister lived out of state I agreed to coordinate. Nicole's price and professionalism for this job was wonderful. She did a great job on the house. After that I have periodically had Nicole come and clean all 4 of my bathrooms when I haven't had the time to do it before a holiday or party. I recently recommended her to clean our church and she has done a great job with that. Nicole is very responsive to my requests for service and makes every effort to accommodate me when I ask her to come a certain day/week. I don't think you would be disappointed if you called to use this company.
Description of Work: Clean church which involves vacuuming entire church, dusting and cleaning 4 bathrooms twice a month. She also cleans the 4 bathrooms in my home periodically and does an incredible job.

+ -1 morePark Avenue cleaning has been providing thorough and reliable house cleaning 2 times a month for the past 3 years. My master bedroom and bathroom, 2 full baths, living room, dining room, and kitchen are cleaned with same level of white glove care each time. I have never had an instance of cancellation. Having pets is not an issue, as I am able to leave my dog in my home without any problems. I recommend them highly!

+ -1 moreNicole of Park Avenue Cleaning is absolutely the best-- and we've tried all the cleaning services. For the past seven years, we've come to rely and treasure Nicole. She is thorough, consistent, and has such a great attitude. When she leaves, the kitchen gleams, the bathrooms sparkle, the dust and grime is gone, the beds are neat, and the toys and books are in their place. Plus, she never judges our mess. (We have two kids, she'd be totally justified if she did.) Nicole accommodates special requests, and works around us when we need to be here. She's sweet to our kids, and fun to talk to. However, we try to be out sometimes when she cleans -- we trust her completely -- just to have the joy of opening the door, smelling the clean air, and discovering our home magically transformed. With our busy schedule, Park Avenue Cleaning is a gift to our family, lightening our workload and our stress level. We highly recommend.

Description of Work: Nicole Henn, doing business as Park Avenue Cleaning, has been doing our weekly cleaning since March 2005. My husband and I have been well pleased with the excellent service. Ms. Henn provides consistent results with dusting, glass, bathrooms, kitchen, and floors. Nicole is cheerfully available for extra projects; for example window washing, laundry room rearrangement, and special event preparation. Nicole is an invaluable staff assistant for us. Most importantly for us, every week our home is set right, gleaming and fresh. We rely on her service.

+ -1 moreThis was a very satisfactory service. Nicole and her crew were prompt, professional, and very thorough.
Description of Work: I hired Park Avenue Cleaning to do a "deep clean" on my house in preparation for putting it on the market. Nicole and her crew arrived on time and fully prepared. In addition to the obvious and customary cleaning tasks (vacuuming, dusting, etc), they cleaned woodwork (especially necessary in the kitchen); cleaned light fixtures; ceiling fans, exhaust fans, heating vents; sinks, showers, and tubs, especially the faucets. They cleaned all my windows (20+), including one in an atrium entryway; they also cleaned the chandelier that hangs in the atrium, which hadn't been cleaned in years. They made sure any gunk was cleaned from the corners, especially in the bathrooms. It was a job well done, and I would definitely hire them again.
