Description of Work: My heat pump kept switching to heat when the a/c was supposed to be on. Several other company techs came out and misdiagnosed - wanting to charge for parts that weren't broken. These guys responded - timely and super courteous - completely rewrapped and organized the wiring so the wires weren't hitting each other (which was sending the signal to reverse to heat from a/c)... replaced the troubled carrier thermostat for good measure. I won't call any other company for heat pump issues!

Description of Work: This was our 3rd time using No Frost and we wouldn't hire anyone else for our air conditioning needs. This time, a piece on our circuit board had to be replaced in order for our air conditioning fan to work again.
