They were out the same day I called, which was appreciated because my heat was out in the middle of winter. They were flexible with scheduling, were prompt, professional, and did a beautiful job cleaning up. They were pleasant and explained things well. Excellent service, they even followed up a few days later to make sure I was satisfied. Everything is working well.

It was a terrific experience from start (scheduling the service call) to finish (there were reasonable charges for the work done). I'll use them again and recommend them to my neighbors.

The rep on the phone was very nice. I was scheduled for the first appt. - I was called when the tech was running a bit late - only 20-30 min, but I appreciated getting called! Tech did a through inspection of both inside and outside units and recharged my freon. He then gave me a detailed description of my system, its condition, etc. He also informed me of some issues w/work that was done previously (by another company). Final advice was to leave things essentially alone and check in 6 months to see if I was still losing freon. I am someone who appreciates knowing the details and I really appreciated the time taken to thoroughly answer my questions. Furthermore, I recommended No Frost to two other friends who also reported getting excellent service! No Frost has replaced my previous company as my HVAC contractor of choice.

It was a Saturday morning, and they came out about an hour after I called. I thought there would a big charge since it was Saturday, but it was only 10.00 extra. I defiantly recommend No Frost.

One of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Aside from their highly competitive prices, the team of people that come to our house was extremely professional. The work performed was absolutely outstanding. When they were finished they left the house cleaner than when they started. I have no hesitation in recommending this family owned business.

Excellent service. We called on Sunday and they made us their first stop on Monday. They provided a complete and thorough explanation of the problem. All they had to do was clean the resistor. We felt they were honest.

This company highly impressed me. Their office staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. The installation crew was respectful and thorough. I had a small problem and they came back out immediately and took care of it.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THIS COMPANY IS THE ONE I USE TO DO ALL OF MY CHECKUPS ON MY AIR CONDITIONER. THEY NEVER LEAVE A MESS AND THEY PUT THINGS BACK TOGETHER WHEN THEY ARE FINISHED. THEY COME RIGHT WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL.

THEY WERE EXTREMELY QUICK TO RESPOND. THE BUSINESS IS FAMILY OWNED. THEY CAME THE NEXT MORNING. THEIR OFFICE STAFF IS VERY NICE. THEY WILL GIVE A FREE QUOTE. THEY NEVER LEAVE A MESS FOR ME TO CLEAN UP. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

I HAVE USED THEM FOR MY AIR CONDITIONER AND FURNACE FOR THE LAST 10 YEARS. THEY ARE CLOSE AND THE HOURS ARE FLEXIBLE, SO IT'S CONVENIENT TO CALL THEM. I'VE HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY.
