My experience with No Frost was fantastic. Eileen in the office was able to get me help quickly. When the tech didn't arrive on time, Eileen called to let me know when he would be there. The tech did his work quickly and diagnosed that the coil had a leak and would need to be replaced. We discussed various options and decided to replace the coil instead of getting a new unit. No Frost took care of the warranty issues and then came out and installed the coil. The tech was about 10 minutes early getting to my house (I don't think I ever had that happen before) and did the job in a professional manner. He took the time to explain what was going on with the unit and also repaired the overflow valve as well. Their was a small problem and No Frost came out as soon as I notified them of the problem. I will always do my HVAC business with No Frost going forward. This company is outstanding!

I called to schedule an estimate late in the morning and No-Frost offered to send someone out that afternoon. We set up an appointment for 2 days later and they promised to call to narrow the timeframe down from 9 am to 12 pm. The technician called mid-morning to say he'd be here within 30-45 minutes. He arrived within 30 minutes and got right to work. He found that a line was completely blocked, so he cut the line and reattached it. The estimate I was given turned out to be exactly right. I appreciated the advice he gave me to help keep the lines clean in the future, and that he pointed out a missing cap on the outside unit. I asked if we needed to replace the cap now and he suggested waiting (see below).

The company is very professional and very nice to work with. They called before they came to let me know they were on the way. When the arrived they laid down covers for the floor and got right to work. When they were done they cleaned everything up and left no debris at all. They explained the system and how it all works and made certain I understood. They also made a check up call to see how it all went. No Frost is a family owned business, albeit a large one, but their employees speak very highly of them and have been working for No Frost for several years. This alone is a ringing endorsement. Eileen was lovely and she credited the first service call of $90 toward the installation cost.

It was very good. I got three different estimates. They are a family owned company and I really like them. They are very responsive and very nice people. I couldn't ask for a better company. The people who did the installation were very friendly and nice to deal with. They did everything correctly. They were neat, on time, and they cleaned up everything afterwords. Everything went just as you would hope.

I liked that they are a family based business. They were very friendly to work with and did a good job. I would use them again.

Got to point where furnace was not working at all; called No Frost late afternoon; would have someone there first thing next morning; even called when technician was held up by traffic (only delayed for half/hour); after discussion with myself, best option would be to get part; came back later that day with the part; repaired furnace; furnace has been working fine so far. Received thank you card afterwards. Didn't try to push for sale of new furnace. Even guaranteed their work for one year.

We came back from vacation and the air conditioning was not working (90 plus temperatures). I called and reached a live person who took my contact info and said that the technician would call and be out. After several hours with no call, I called again and the person who answered (different person from the first call) had no record of the first call but indicated that she would give the information to the technician who would call and come out that day. It's now two days later and no one has called and another company has done the repair.

Called Eileen and No Frost for help. Eileen and team were very professional. I called after hours and received a call back next day. It took us a week to get a technician scheduled due to our and their schedules. Technician came on pre-scheduled time. Was very professional and found un-connected duct work and recommended changing our thermostat that we were planning to do anyways. A hour later rooms were nice and cold. A very professional outfit. Greatly recommended. Rare to find such level of customer service.

Our very old air conditioner stopped working around 6pm on a Tuesday night. My husband and I went onto Angie's List and found No-Frost had great reviews. We called and left our information with an answering service, since the office was closed. We were shocked and thrilled to get a call back from Eileen later that same evening. She set up our appointment for the next day, sometime between 9:30am and 2:30pm, and explained their charges ($85 for service call, includes first 1/2 hour). Eileen was great with keeping in touch with us the next morning to let us know a tighter time window when the repairman would arrive. The repairman was very pleasant and good natured and professional. He discovered our Capacitor was broken and replaced it with a new one he had on his truck. The whole visit was about half an hour. He recommended we replace our old outdated furnace and A/C unit and even let us know that early spring/fall would be a good time for that. We'll use them again!

Eileen took my call and had technicians at my house within hours of my call. Everyone we dealt with was responsive, courteous and extremely well versed in all products. Their routine maintenance was the best we had after years with another company. The new thermostat was installed and we were given a walk through to learn how to program it. We were so impressed we now have a contract with the company.

After working with one of their competitors for years we began to think that the annual service fees and the price of parts from the competitors were out of line. We contacted No-Frost after seeing them on Angie's List and were delighted with their timeliness, their reasonable prices and their professional manner. They did a big job quickly and without making a mess. We will let our service contract run out with their competitor and move all our HVAC work over to No-Frost ASAP.

Things went well. This company is somewhat hard to reach. I obtained an appointment by phoning at 7:05 am, Also, they attempt to schedule all appointments before 3 pm, making it difficult to work in the morning and come home for the appointment. Although my appointment window was from 9-noon, the technician didn't actually arrive until around 1:15. The company phoned twice, however, with arrival time updates. Although this company specializes in Trane equipment, the truck luckily carried parts for my Carrier system. Parts had a 1 year warranty. The technician mentioned that it would be hard to estimate the arrival time of any parts that might have to be ordered for non-Trane units. There was a $10 coupon on both the website and a recent Angie's List bulletin.

It was a very busy week, because it was hot outside. The clogged line was causing a leak in my basement, so Eileen made every effort to squeeze me into their schedule, and called whenever there was an opening. I would have had to wait five days with any other company, but they were able to come on the second day. It would have been the first day if I answered the phone then. When Clint arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem and took care of it. He also installed a user-serviceable part, and advised me on how to clear the line myself if it happened again. He was very friendly and courteous. He told me that a newer unit would be 48% more efficient, but did not try to scare me into buying one right away. He cleaned up after himself as he worked. I would definitely use No-Frost again!

Rick and Jack came out within an hour of our calling - pretty amazing! Our thermostat wasn't turning on the AC, so they did the above work, and gave us great explanations of what was wrong and advice on how to avoid problems in the future. They didn't recommend any costly or unnecessary repairs or replacements - just did what was needed, but a very thorough job. They didn't charge us for the time they had to go get the part - were here for well over an hour, but only charged us for one hour. Prices EXTREMELY reasonable and our AC is working! Prompt, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you!!!! We'd definitely recommend them to anyone!

Eileen Bangs was very pleasant when I called. They were here within two hours of my call to give me an estimate and did the complete installation four days later. The men were very considerate, professional and efficient and worked very quickly. The entire job was completed in about 6-7 hours and everything was thoroughly cleaned up afterwords. I received a follow up call the next day to see how everything went.

BGE had to turn off our gas because of a leak. I called No-Frost Heating & AC the next morning and was told the tech would arrive between 12-2pm. He arrived at 12:30, found the leak and replaced a small valve. The entire process took only 1/2 hour. I will definitely call them again for any heating/AC problems!
