My thermostat stopped working in the middle of the night. I found No Frost on Angie's List and called them around 8:00am the next morning. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly helpful, and she juggled their schedule so that one of the technicians was out at my house by 11:00am. They called me about an hour in advance so I had time to get home from work, and they arrived when they said they would arrive. The job took less than 30 minutes, the technician explained how to use the new thermostat, and I haven't had a single problem since. I highly recommend this company, and would hire them again without hesitation.

Last winter we had the heat pump in the addition replaced. We got two estimates and No-Frost was considerably lower than the other. The work was done on time and they cleaned up perfectly afterwards. We haven't had any trouble with this system. This fall we replaced the main furnace and A/C. We again got two estimates and No-Frost was considerably lower. The installation went quickly and they cleaned up everything very well. About a week later the A/C stopped working. I gave them a call about 7:15 in the morning and Eileen returned the call within 20 minutes. She had someone come out and replace a bad controller that same morning, covered under warranty so there was no charge. Everyone we have dealt with at No-Frost has been completely courteous and professional. We will certainly call them when it's time to replace our water heater, as well as for our annual checkups of our new HVAC systems.

Showed up when they said they would. Showed me exactly what was wrong (clogged condensation pipe), and how to prevent it in the future. Plus repaired it in such a way we could fix it ourselves if it ever happened again! Polite. Efficient. Lovely experience.

Our heat pump stopped cooling Sunday morning. I left a message Sunday afternoon when the shop was closed. I followed up with a call early Monday morning. The friendly representative told me they would fit me in to their busy day. The techs showed up in the afternoon and went right to work. They were very knowledgeable and explained in detail what they were doing. They had the required part in the truck and it was replaced in minutes.

The experience with this company was great. The serviceman came in to service the air condition and found that my fan was not working and needed to be replaced. He gave me the price to replace it but also asked if it under warranty. I didn't know and couldn't find the paperwork, but he was kind enough to locate the information for me by phone and we found that it was under warranty. He even went to get the part and brought it back to replace it. He even offered suggestions on how to get air up to my bedroom on the 6th level of my home. I had no frost come out a second time a week later because condensation was all over my floors in the basement. The serviceman who came out last time came this time and put in a system that solved the problem beautifully. I will be using No Frost again for service again. Very Happy with job, service, and cost.

No - Frost called 10 minutes before arriving. Upon arrival the technician introduced himself and ask me to explain the problem. Approximately 30 minutes later the problem was fixed and he gave me tippers on how to conduct maintenance on my AC unit. He confirmed what caused the AC to stop functional problems and told me about the 1 year part warranty. I would definitely use this company again. BGE wasn't able to look at my AC unit until next week.

Good. Blower motor burned-out on Friday. I called several other companies who all couldn't schedule an appointment for four (4) days. We called NO-FROST on Sat and they came out that very same day and had the spare part in-stock (on truck).

Company does not service Condominium Air Conditioners. They referred me to another company (Environmental Systems)

Overall, they were great. Very courteous and gave me a lot of pointers about looking after the unit. They checked the freon content and washed the outside condenser fins. Very neat and cleaned after themselves, the even rolled up the hose after use! I will call them again in the fall for the furnace check-up. I liked there advice and helpfulness.

I was very pleased with the effort and skill of the technicians who came out.

When I called, I simply wanted an estimate for a replacement system, but because of the specific recommendations and fair prices that were quoted by the salesman who came to the house, I decided to have the work done as soon as possible. They offered several rebates from their company, the manufacturer, and the utility company as well as future tax break certificates. The team of three workers arrived promptly to install the equipment on the agreed date. They worked efficiently inside and outside for seven hours, installing pipes that were required and making ducts that fit into the old system. They finished at the expected time and had already cleaned up thoroughly. One person went through all of the operating steps although at other times the other two people had answered my questions. I was very impressed with both the installation team and the office staff. This was a great effort by a friendly, efficient, and well-trained staff.

They were great. Took care of things quickly, but also took the time needed, and didn't rush.

From initial contact for an estimate, through scheduling and execution, No-Frost did a great job. My AC system was old and not energy efficient,and I wanted to take advantage of current tax credits. No-Frost provided a detailed estimate - with several options in various price ranges - and took the time to provide additional details and answer questions. Scheduling of the install was easy and the work was scheduled in the near-term. On the day of install, the crew was hard-working and professional -- they had to contend with a small attic space and wet conditions outside. They also were careful to clean up well at the end. The technicians explained the system and ran through the new thermostat with me. I also appreciated Chad dropping in a couple times to review the team's work.

The fan in our heat pump had stop spinning. The top grill was badly dented from the ice/snow. We called the company early that morning and they sent a technician within 3 hours. Technician was prompt, very courteous and professionial. He was thorough and explained everything that he was doing. Gave recommendations in the case that the unit leaked again, however I never felt like he was pushing to sell me anything I did not need. Overall very please with the quality of service and professionalism of technician.

the compressor on my heat pump went out last Saturday; No-Frost expedited an evaluation of the problem and called Trane first thing Monday morning to order a new compressor; this was in spite of the fact that I had a warranty with another company; they came today and installed two compressors and were very fast, professional and competent; I have used No-Frost before for advice, repair of a misinstalled humidifier and to buy filters; they are very, very friendly and helpful and provide first class services

From the first service call to the completion of the repair, No Frost was great. Clint was professional, friendly, patient, thorough, and completely forthcoming about what we needed (new thermocouple, new pans.) He was even friendly and patient with our incredibly curious kitten, who kept wanting to climb on him and see what he was up to. He took about an hour to replace the thermocouple and pans. All in all, a perfect and wonderful experience. I can't recommend them enough.

Service was exceptional. They arrived on time. They had to rip up part of my brick patio to install the new outside unit, but they cleaned it up afterwards to the point you can't tell any changes were done. They had to redo some of the duct work for the new heat exchanger as well as re-doing some for the new heat pump. However I was still charged just the quoted price, nothing more. More impressive than their initial job was 8 months later when they called to tell me of some issues Trane was having with the model I had purchased. They wanted to come out and preventatively replace the part in question (at no charge to me), rather than wait to see if it goes bad and then replace it. Overall quite pleased with the work. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

We woke to no heat on a very cold morning. I called No-Frost around 8:00 after finding them on Angie's list, and immediately got to speak with a person (I love that). The woman I spoke with said she'd try to have somone here in the AM. The technician showed up a little after 10, and I was back at work by 11. The problem was just the thermostat. The technician was honest, courteous, and very helpful.

We have them on a contract whereby they come out periodically in summer and winter and inspect the system. The last time around, they came out for a general service although we had had a problem, and they actually fixed it without charge. It?s a nice young man who comes out every time. I think it is a family-run business but I am not sure. They seem nice. I have no idea about their price because I have not used anybody else. The quality of their work seems very good. They seem to be responsive and capable. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

Called no-frost to check an AC leak. It turns out the pan that collects the condensation had rusted out (Trane unit). Given the age of the unit and the inability to get the original part (manufacture of that part was no longer in business), our choices were to replace the entire HVAC unit or repair it with the closest matching parts. We went with just replacing the unit since it is over 15 years old. No-frost did their best to accompany us and have it done as soon as possible (initial visit on Wednesday, order placed on Thu, and unit was installed on Monday). They also helped us with all the paperwork for the BGE rebates. All the technicians were extremely professional. Clint did a great job explaining the issues and gave us the appropriate information for our options on the initial visit. And the crew that did the install (Matt, Joe, et al) were also very professional. The work area was cleaned and care was taken to ensure minimal disruption to the house.

We used them twice. They were prompt and the charge was very reasonable each time. The guy was very happy to answer questions. We would use them again.

Very good experience. I called for a price on a service call, got a call back after Eileen checked with the owner about a multiple zone discount, was scheduled for the next business day, got 2 calls that morning with arrival eta's. Clint arrived, introduced himself, wore booties in the finished spaces, did a thorough job of checking our systems. He showed me how to clean the filters amd installed an overflow safety device on a second floor ac unit condensor pan.

I've been using No-Frost for almost 10 years. They are nice on the phone, they arrange things at your convenience, and they show up when they say that they will show up. They call the day that they are scheduled and then they call again when they are on their way. When something has gone wrong with my furnace, they came out the next day and got it fixed.
