Great! They were scheduled for 12-3pm, and about 10am I got a call asking if I was home and I minded if they came early. I was home, and it was great to get the work done earlier! The technician was thorough and showed me what he was doing. I have always been pleased with their work and today was no exception. Highly recommend!

No Frost contacted the original installer and determined that the unit was under warranty.

They come out once a year. I've been using them for years. I mean they do what they're supposed to do and they do it at a reasonable price.

They were absolutely perfect. They made every effort to come out. This was an heat wave, and of course your air conditioning and every one else's goes out. We have used them before, and they take care of their customers, their repeat customers. They came out in an very timely manner. They stayed and got the job done right there one time. It took an hour and a half or so, and it was all fixed up. They were very good on price. They are on our speed dial.

I left a message on Tuesday morning and got a call back within 20 minutes. The woman who called was so nice and scheduled us for the very next day when I'm off of work. The technician arrived right on time and had it fixed and running better than ever in no time! Everything was thoroughly explained and the bill was very reasonable! The whole operation was professional, personable, efficient and the technician knowledgeable! I will not be calling any other company but No Frost from now on!

Went really well. Was able to contact them in the evening and the tech came very next day. Diagnosed and fixed issue and was customer oriented. Was impresssed by their quality, responsiveness and reasonable cost.

I called No-Frost, and while they don't do after-hours service calls, I did get a call back that evening. They were at my house and had the AC fixed before 10am the next day. We have used them many times over the past five years and I have always been happy with the service they provide. I would definitely recommend them!

They do not have emergency service even though it is advertised here and on their site. I called for emergency service and they refused to come out because they are not accepting new customers.

Clint was great with looking over the system, explaining the issues and how the issues could be fixed. He was very understanding after my husband and I explained that we are trying to hold on to the system as long as possible before replacing. He gave some suggestions on how to "watch" for issues with the system, explained reasons for the hot/cold spots in the home that we didn't think about (i.e. checking the insulation in the garage and the impacts on rooms close to the garage) that could explain temperature differentials. My husband and I will definitely be using No Frost in the future.

I won't use any other heating A/C service.

They have always been very responsive. The workers are nice. I sometimes like the smaller companies, you get more personal attention.

It was around $2,000, it was at the low end, price wise. I have been using them for about 3 years.

It went great. They were very informative, answered all of my questions, didn't pressure me into making a decision. Once I made my decision they were very flexible with scheduling the repair.

The dispatch found a service tech in my area and he (Clint) was assigned to my home. I received service the morning I called! I called several other service provider they were all scheduling me at least two weeks out. They didn't look for technician in the area. Thanks No-Frost!!! Clint the service technician was very knowledgeable of my system and other systems as I asked many questions, all of which he provided an excellent response. The company and it's personnel provided me with exceptional service! I highly recommend this service provider, from the person answering the phone to Clint the service technician! I don't believe you can go wrong by giving this company a call!

On the hottest day of the year so far my A/C stopped working properly. I called No-Frost when they opened at 7am, Eileen called back within a few minutes, and a technician was at my door by 7:40. It was fixed and cooling the house within an hour. This is the company that installed my new HVAC system about 12 years ago, and they've been wonderful ever since. Eileen is great, and the technicians are polite and respectful, and keep you posted on what they are doing.

This is our 4th or 5th time using No Frost Heating and Air and we are always satisfied. We knew we'd have to pay about $18k-$22k to replace our dual-zone heating and air conditioning units based on what our neighbors recently paid so we weren't surprised when No Frost quoted $20,500 before $2k in rebates. They came out to inspect our old system and provided several options (basic, mid-range, and top of the line). They also explained each one. About 2 weeks later, we had two new top of the range units installed without issue over a two-day period. The technicians called before they arrived, were efficient, and cleaned up before they left. We even received a thank you card in the mail. We will continue to turn to No Frost for all of our heating and air conditioning needs because they do a great job at a very fair price.

We were very happy with them. I think, they were very punctual, I would probably remember if they weren’t. I think, it took one day to install the system. They left the area cleaned and took away the other unit.

Service No-Frost was $10 less than the competition. Erik P was very helpful and professional. Came in and got right to work, checked the internal controls. I've been using them for 19 years and it has always been great.

No-Frost Air Conditioning & Heating called before they sent their representative, and arrived in a timely manner. They were very professional, and even took the time to cover their feet before walking through the interior of the home. I was looking to have my 30-year-old AC unit replaced, but they took the time to assess what was wrong with the existing unit, and provide a competitive repair estimate. Ultimately, I decided I wanted to replace my old unit, instead of repair, so I did not end up hiring No-Frost Air Conditioning & Heating. That said, they were extremely professional, and I would recommend them for servicing and/or repairing existing HVAC systems.

Turned out I was out of oil but he cleaned it and I appreciated them trying to help me out in a bind.

We are pleased with them. We've been using them for over three years. They are excellent, prompt, professional and courteous.
