Wonderful service. Had a free estimate, technician was courteous and took time explaining the pros and cons of each HVAC system. Was easy to schedule, installers showed up on time and were professional. Very satisfied with this company and loving my AC!

Our air conditioning unit went out on a 95 degree summer day. We called a local contractor (very highly rated on Angie's List) and the contractor did not arrive as promised. We then turned to No Frost. I called first thing in the morning, fully expecting that No Frost would not have time to come to our home that day. The woman who answered the phone was extremely helpful, very professional, didn't overpromise. She said they'd make every effort to arrive that day. In fact, No Frost did arrive that same afternoon, quickly fixed the capacitor, charged a very reasonable fee, and ensured that our air conditioner worked again. Great experience with this company.

When our AC broke on a sunday evening, we were worried that we would not be able to reach anybody until Monday morning. We were pleasantly surprised when the on-call person picked up the phone and promised to have somebody call back. Eileen called back, was very clear upfront about the costs involved and verbally honored a coupon that was available on Angie's list. The technician was prompt and effective. I recommend No Frost.

Three weeks ago, my AC ceased to work. It was diagnosed as unable to be repaired. As the furnace was very old as well, we decided to replace both units. I contacted three different companies, with No Frost being the company I selected. Their close proximity to my residence, large local and loyal customer base, excellent reviews, and competitive pricing were the deciding factors. From the day Chad arrived to look at our house and provide the quote, to contract negotiations with Eileen, to the final install by Rick and Eric, this company has definitely earned its high rating. All were professional, courteous, and very understanding as they performed their individual duties. Chad was very pleasant and knowledgeable when he stopped in for the quote. He looked at the house and quickly diagnosed the best fit for our family. Once No Frost was selected, Eileen was very thorough and fair in negotiating the best price, and handled all paperwork for our financing and rebates. Her knowledge of the local community and customers showed her dedication to its people and families. On the date of the install, Eric and Rick showed up five minutes early, and immediately got to work. They were diligent in their work, paying attention to every detail of the install. Chad arrived to break-down and remove the old units while Eric and Rick finished the install. Once completed, I was given a detailed tour of the completed work and step-by-step operation of the new thermostat. During all phases of this job, each person I talked to was friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated to the customer. Our house is now extremely comfortable and efficient, and I am very relaxed knowing that No Frost will be there for us in the future.

Excellent service!! I called up Friday afternoon and spoke to Aileen and requested to service my central a/c unit that has no cold air coming out from the vents. I also mentioned about the hvac blower is not working. Aileen was very professional and friendly. She told me that Monday will be the best for them to service my a/c unit. She even told me not to worry about the weekend considering that the good weather temperature and she was right. The service crew, Matt and Eric, arrived Monday as expected. Both are very friendly and explained to us about the bad capacitor that causing the cold air problem. They have the replacement parts ready and installed it. They even repaired the broken rack that holds the air filter in place (this I did not expect them to do). The price is reasonable plus I was able to use my $25 discount. Definitely I will call them again for my future a/c problem.

I did some research of the problem online. I got an idea of what was the cause and probable cost. I went to Angie's list and read some reviews. I picked No-Frost because of their excellent reviews and overall score. I contacted the company and made an appointment. The day of service, the repairman( Clint) called me to say about when he'd arrive. He arrived as stated, asked me some questions and was very pleasant and professional. He immediately diagnosed the problem as a blown capacitor ( which was what I suspected) , replaced it, checked my unit inside and out and was gone in less than an hour. I told him about Angie's List and said they've had people say they called because of Angie's List. I will call them again for general service and repairs.

I called No Frost because they had great reviews on here and they are close to our home. We have had very high electricity bills this winter (twice what our neighbor's pay) and i knew it had to be something wrong with a major system in the house. When the guys from No Frost came, they found that the AC had been running, so that was likely causing our high electricity bills. When he checked out the AC unit, he found that a screw had been wedged in the shutoff so that it would always stay on. We did have another company come to fix the AC last summer (I honestly forgot we had done business with this other company(also highly reviewed on AL), or I would have called them for this), so our only conclusion is that that other company left the screw there. I do not know if it was malicious (hoping to get another service call out of us) or an accident (it was put there during testing or something) Anyway, the guys from No Frost did a variety of things beyond a normal "inspection" (fixed the drip pan under the Heat pump, cleaned the inside of the furnace, removed the screw from the AC) and were so helpful in their recommendations for what to do to lower the bills (in addition to not running the AC in the winter! ;) They clearly are interested in winning customers for life and I'm so glad I found them. When we need a new AC (probably this summer after it's been incorrectly running for so long!) We'll be sure to call them. I'm also getting everyone I know to use them, because I can't believe how gracious they were to me in only charging for an inspection when they did so much more. I told them it was the best $158 I've ever spent.

Our heater stopped working overnight, though the fan kept kicking on and off. I found No-Frost on Angie's List and called, wondering if they could possible come out the same day. They sent a technician within a couple of hours. He was very personable and professional and went rich to work. He seemed to know exactly what the problem was right away and confirmed it by removing the part that turns white-hot to ignite the gas. It was definitely cracked. He had to modify a part from another brand to fit, or else it would've taken a couple days to get the part. It was a simple switch of how the wires came into it, so I was happy he knew how to do that on the spot. No-Frost called later and asked how we liked the service, so it was nice they followed up. I definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.

I called at noon on Saturday with a potential fire hazard issue and Eileen had a service person out within an hour and a half. Matt explained the problem(s) and fixed them. Matt was very polite, patient and helpful. He explained how to obtain custom filters for my heat pump. I was very happy that the problem was resolved so quickly. I will definitely recommend them.

Great. Quick, knowledgeable, friendly and didn't make me feel like a dolt for not installing my thermostat correctly. Within 15 minutes heat was pumping into the house again. When I initially called they said someone would be over between 11 and 3. He called in advance, arrived at 11:30 and was done within an hour. I used the Angie's list coupon and price was reasonable for how fast it was taken care of. Simply cannot be without heat in the winter time.

MY FIRST TIME CHANGING ONE THE PREVIOUS WAS ORIGINAL ON THE HOUSE WHEN WE MOVED IN. LASTED 20 YEARS. WHEN I FOUND OUT IT WENT BAD ON A SUNDAY I CALLED NO FROST AIR AND LEFT A MESSAGE IN THE AFTERNOON HOURS. THEY CALLED ME BACK THAT SAME AFTERNOON TO VERIFY WHAT KIND OF SERVICE I NEEDED AND WERE ABLE TO SCHEDULE ME THE NEXT DAY. IM A PREVIOUS CUSTOMER SO I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED THAT. THEY CAME MONDAY MORNING LIKE THEY SAID AND INSTALLED THE WATER HEATER AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEY FINISHED. I WOULD CONTINUE TO USE THEIR SERVICES. I STILL USE THEM TO PERFORMED MY ANNUAL SERVICE CHECK ON MY A/C UNIT. GOING ON 8YRS.

Went incredibly well from start to finish. Friendly people all around from the first call to the technician who did the work. Very honest and up front about everything showing me anything they discovered and the price was very reasonable and explained up front. Even accepted my Angie's List coupon on the second visit which I forgot to mention the first time, with no hassle at all. Will definitely be using and recommending No Frost for any HVAC issues in the future. Great job!

A pretty simple fix to a dead capacitor. They came in, already had the part in the truck and had the unit running in no time.

Installation of new heating and air conditioning units went very well. Technicians arrived on time and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They were very professional and completed the process in about 6 hours. Recommend them highly.

It went very well. The repairman showed up on time, was neat and clean in his repairs for a reasonable price. Plus was able to give me an idea of how often a problem like this might occur. Kudos all around.
