We have used No-Frost Air Conditioning & Heating Co in the past, nothing recent. The most recent service with them was probably a couple of years ago. They are family owned. They have been in business in our county for years. My interaction with the provider has been very good. The work that they have done turned out great.

It went great - the work was done on schedule, the crew cleaned up afterwards and the staff answered questions I had afterwards. They are responsive and helpful.

They did a good job. What inspired me to use them was that they are a locally owned company. They met my expectations, which is pretty difficult.

It was great. We've been using them for our heating and A/C maintenance since 2011. They have remained professional and provided excellent service since then. In June of 2014 we elected to replace our heating and A/C units. We used No-Frost because we have been so happy with them since 2011 and they gave us a fair price. We have been very happy with the new units. They were very careful to not track dirt into my home by placing tarps throughout the house. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them to any of my friends.

We have used this company for three years. They are prompt, courteous, do excellent work and keep our furnace in perfect running order. I would highly recommend them.

Called late morning after finding great reviews on Angie's List. Our heating system was turning on but not blowing hot air only cold. Representative (Clint) arrived at 2pm and got straight into the job, told me the igniter needed changing and did so, did some general maintenance and cleaning. Completed within 30 minutes and the house is now toasty and warm. Clint was very professional and polite. Great service.

Company was very responsive. I left a message on Monday and was able to get service on Tuesday, which was important since a cold snap was coming and my heat wasn't working. The service provider (Clint) did a great job. He arrived on time, figured out the problem quickly, found out where the part was available, and was able to pick it up and get it installed the same day.

The service couldn't have been better. Our AC compressor failed and our system was pretty old. Other companies said that they couldn't get to us for a week or two, and it was during a very hot and humid part of the summer. John of No Frost came out the next day, and the installation happened the following day. As there were some rebates on the system, John worked to get them for us. It is a rarity these days to deal with a company as good as this one. It is a family owned business, and they show respect and concern for the customer.

I contacted No Frost directly through Angie's List because my HVAC was leaking in the basement. I contacted them on Thursday and requested a Monday morning service and they were able to accomodate. They were right on time and within 45 minutes they were done. No more leak, great maintenance tips provided. Excellent service. Thank you Clint!

Within a day of contacting them online, I got a call from Eileen about scheduling. She was very nice and very accommodating. Clint was our serviceman, and he was fantastic. He arrived on time, was very efficient once he arrived, explained things to me very clearly, and even checked and replaced the air filter (and taught me how to do it in case my husband forgets to do it). He was very honest that the problem we had was simple to fix. I was very pleased with both the customer service and repair that was performed. I wish I had known about this company earlier!

We came home from a recent trip to find our A/C out. We tried contacting a couple highly-rated companies, but found them closed on Saturdays. Finally, we found NO-FROST (also highly rated by several organizations), who were able to come out within a few hours, on a holiday weekend no less, identify the problem (thank goodness it was fairly easy to fix), and get us cool again in pretty short order. Since we weren't able to 'comparison shop,' I don't know how their price compares with other companies, nor if there was an extra charge since it was the weekend, but they are generally given good marks for being low-cost as well as good-quality. The quality of service was definitely excellent, including answering questions about what caused our problem and the general operation of our A/C system. We even got a nice Thank You note - personally signed - from them for choosing their company. Classy.

The gentleman Matt did a service in the Summer where he cleaned the furnace and checked the points in the air conditioning and he was very thorough in that. He took the fan outside and cleaned it with a cleaning product and got that totally ready for the Summer and it's operating more efficiently right now. Their last service costed me around $300 and we got the $25 off from Angie's List. They were nice and they usually come by pretty soon after we call.

Terrible, this firm is not accepting new customers, big waste of time contacting them!

We called them, and the guy was there within an hour. He had it fixed within 20 minutes and was out the door. Everything was outstanding.

We needed to replace our hvac system and after 3 estimates we ended up going with No-Frost. They were on time for the estimate and installation. The crew was very nice and easy to work with.

This is the 2nd time we have used No-Frost and both times we were very satisfied. Clint was our technician both times and he was knowledgeable and professional. One of our dual-zone heating/air conditioning units had stopped functioning. The fan wouldn't even come on. Clint initially thought it might have been a burned out fan motor causing the problem, but he decided to check one other, less expensive part to see if that was the problem. It turned out that he was right - it wasn't the fan motor; it was the capacitor. He had the part on his truck and promptly replaced it. We greatly appreciated that he didn't try to charge us for a more expensive part that we didn't need. We were also thrilled that our air conditioner was repaired for under $150. My only complaint is that it sometimes takes a while to get through to a live person and to get a call back from the main office if you leave a message. You have to keep following up. But I guess that means they are busy and I understand why - No-Frost provides great service at a very reasonable cost.

I called on Wednesday at about 12. They tried unsuccessfully to get a tech out here that afternoon. Since I was not going to be here on Thursday, I asked for someone to come out on Friday afternoon. They suggested between 1:00 and 3:00. He came on Friday at about 3:15. He certainly knew what he was doing. in about 1/2 an hour, Clint hat the problem fixed and added Freon to the system. It works like new. All is well Thank you Clint, Thank you No_Frost

They did an excellent job explaining everything and were not pushy. We had gotten a couple of estimates and liked NoFrost the best. They used two main brands and we went with the second due to the physical size of the outside compressor. All of the workmanship was top rate and they cleaned up afterwards. My only complaint was when they reused the humidifier on the old furnace I had asked about a new wall humidistat. They had stated they would be able to install a new one. When they were done we still had the old one. I called the office and they said they did not install it because they did not have any. I purchased one on e-bay for about $25 and installed it myself. There was no real difference in the operation of the controllers, but next to the new thermostat controller the old wall humidistat which over 15 years looked out of place to me. It was a relatively minor thing, but it did take away from an otherwise perfect installation.

They were very good, neat, on time and finished as stated. Returned for one issue and took care of the problem in a timely manner.

We had a great experience with No Frost. They were very responsive to phone calls. Our unit had been running, but not cooling. They came out on a Saturday to take a look at it. Clint was our service provider and he was very knowledgeable and offered a lot of insight on how to maintain the unit better to avoid problems in the future. He gave us several options to fix our unit and answered a lot of questions. We had previously had another HVAC company out who gave us only one (very expensive) option on how to diagnose the problem. Also, the other provider failed to mention simple solutions, such as replacing the filter and cleaning out the outside unit to improve efficiency. They had just pushed us to buy a new unit, even though ours is only about 8 years old. Clint suggested that we take a different approach and save money by cleaning the machine, replacing the filter, topping off the Freon and adding a solution that patches up any small leaks within the system before taking the more complicated approach of an ink-based test for leaks. He also explained that one of the valves was loose, so it might not be a leak within the system, but just Freon escaping slowly because the valves weren't tight. He also explained how to keep an eye on the Freon levels to see if we might actually have a leak that the "no-leak solution" didn't plug. It's been a couple of weeks and our unit is back to working normally. We received a personalized Thank You note from the owners last week, which was a nice touch! We'll definitely use No Frost again in the future.

The service turned out well. The salesman was also one of the guys who came out for the installation. The technicians were very thorough and great about having the unit placed correctly. Scheduling was fairly easy.

Our system went up in the summer, just two years after purchasing our home. No-Frost was prompt in coming to our home to give us an estimate. Their offer was far better than the other three vendors, including price and warranty. We then encountered a major storm which knocked out our power for almost a week. The vendor still came to see what he could do for us. Using generators were not an option so they rescheduled us for a Saturday. Saturday is not usually a day that they would do large jobs but they wanted to do what they could to get us up and running. We have a special needs son who did not understand what was going on and does not take well to too many changes. The guys worked in some extreme temperatures. They were courteous and thorough. They took the time to answer all of our questions. I can't say enough about this company. I would use them again and again. I would recommend them to anyone. This is a wonderful family business, fast, reliable and reasonable.

I called and was greeted by a smiling, cheerful voice. This was just a typically service, but they made sure that I was put into the schedule immediately. The service person called 1/2 hour prior to arriving, as requested. They did the work with a professional and cheerful attitude. FYI - No Frost also installed a heat pump for my second zone heating and cooling 2 years ago. Over the top wonderful service. I recommend No Frost to everyone.

After they did our compressor at a reasonable price we trusted them. They were very thorough in fixing that issue for us. They covered everything and backed up their work. The cost is about $75 per checkup. They are very good and professional. I have been using them for robably three years now for maintenance.
