+ -1 moreOverall, it was a horrible experience. They completely tried to take advantage of us. They told us that we had a broken pipe and would need to pay $7,000 to get it fixed. We called some people from Howard County, and they told us to get a snake. So my husband used a snake that he rented from a home improvement store, and this took care of the clogged drain. Mr. Drain Opener seemed like a legitimate company when we first hired them, but they lied to us and told us that we needed to pay the $7,000 for a new pipe that wasn't broken and use a backhoe to dig up the entire yard and sidewalk. On top of this, the owner sent us a bad check from an account that was closed, and the check bounced. After all of the trouble and dishonesty with this company we decided to stop dealing with them.
Description of Work: They came and did an estimate for us and told us that the main pipe leaving the house was broken.

Description of Work: The company was contracted to remove and replace a Polybutlene Pipe. The initial arrival was delayed resulting in a no-show appt for the day contracted to begin service. The company had no consideration for the fact that customer had been without the use of an operable bathroom or running water for 4 days. ($3,000.00)
