Great, i now use them on a regular basis

They continue to harass me by invoicing me for a deep cleaning that was not received. I was told by Mike that the upgraded deep cleaning requested would last about 3.5 (7) hours for two individuals and the services received were 2 (4) hours (8-10am) that was already paid for. Even after the 2 hrs there was dirt still on the floors, the doors/panels were not wiped/dusted, the toilet is still dirty, the kitchen sink was left a mess, small toys were not moved nor were closets opened to vacuum, mopping was not adequate, light switches and fixtures were not dusted, kitchen counter items were not wiped, and so forth. Maria (maid) did not ask me to inspect anything before rushing out the door to my surprise as they had already packed the car. She asked for payment method though while standing in my doorway and the other individual already waiting in the car. They are very friendly and polite and they work fast, and they do a good job!

It went very well. The house looked and smelled great afterwards. I will be utilizing Maryland Maids going forward for monthly cleanings. They were punctual and did a very thorough job.

This service answered my questions and scheduled promptly, doing a heavy cleaning 3 weeks after prior one. Looked great, especially carpets. On time and dealt with management office key-wise. Did not traumatized cat. I hired them for once at competitive rate

They did an awesome job. I will definitely use them again. Very inexpensive compared to all the others I called.

They did an outstanding job. I have had several cleaning companies in the past, but the quality that the Maryland maids did was outstanding.

I did not see it myself but my daughter called ecstatically. She was so happy with the way the apartment was sparkling---the kitchen and the oven/microwave/refrigerator were clean, the bathroom was clean, the rooms were mopped and shining.

Maryland Maids were right on time and ready to go to work. The last time we had a good cleaning of the house was some time ago. Ruby and her help did a great job and didn't miss anything. They did everything from making the beds to wiping down the cabinets and cleaning the microwave. . They worked for about 3 hours and the house looked great. We have a Golden Retriever that sheds a lot even after getting brushed. All of the hair was picked up which is no easy task and he carpets looked good. I highly recommend Ruby and her team at Maryland Maids. I am looking forward to her coming back on a regular basis.
