We feel fortunate to have come across Patrick at Maryland Flood Restoration, LLC. We ultimately decided to install luxury vinyl planks instead of a carpet. Patrick is very knowledgeable and thorough with his estimates. To top it all, his team was spectacular. The restoration team was very professional, friendly, on time, and did a phenomenal job with the remediation and flooring work for us.

1st This company came to my home very quickly to address my flood issues. Patrick was very knowledgeable about the service, the process and how to proceed. 2nd I had to have my household items removed from the house to a storage facility. This company handled the issue from beginning to end. After my home repairs were address, they returned my items to me from the storage facility in excellent condition and place the item exactly as I requested. ***Do not hesitate to use there services.***

Patrick and MD Flood Restoration was fantastic to work with from beginning to end. We realized our insurance covered a sewer line backup several months after the incident happened. We originally called a company out that our insurance recommended. They took a very long time to get us an estimate and even longer to answer questions. For many reasons we decided not to use them and found Maryland Flood Restoration instead. I wish I had done that from the start! Patrick responded to my email inquiry within a half hour and was out after hours a few days later to give us an estimate. I gave him the estimate of the other company and Patrick pointed out some things they missed and some mistakes they had made. Patrick dealt with our insurance company for us and we ended up getting more money for our claim. When they redid the electrical they installed a second socket and circuit breaker for the sump pump. Patrick also suggested several things we hadn’t thought about. Jonathan the contractor used to put everything back together was excellent. He was always on time, cared about what he did, communicated what would be done the next day. His tile work is fantastic. Really I can’t tell you enough what a great job they did and how easy it was to work with them. They were also very patient. We had baby gates up for our pets and they walked thru and closed them without complaint. There aren’t many companies out there that know and care about what they are doing and maintaining high standards. Maryland Flood restoration is definitely one of them!

I had the unfortunate experience of a major roof leak which caused extensive interior damage to my attic space and insulation as well as the master bedroom ceiling drywall. All during the rainiest winter in many years and I was at a loss as to how to proceed with repairing the interior water damage, especially with the holidays (and more rain!) fast approaching. Thankfully, MD Flood Restoration came out the day my roof was repaired and began the water remediation and mold removal the same night! MD Flood Restoration is responsive, efficient, thorough, and above all else, they go above and beyond to ease the homeowner's worries about the process, taking time to explain the technical aspects of the repairs in a way that was easy to understand, review how the insurance process works, and provide detailed insight and estimated pricing for the repair services. The night they arrived onsite, the crew quickly removed all damaged materials and set up a clean and efficient workspace for the drying fans to run for several days, taking extra care to ensure none of my personal belongings were damaged. They were in and out of my home, effectively and efficiently making the repairs, in less than a few hours, and they were meticulous in their cleanup and in ensuring the remediation equipment and associated tubing were neatly and safely secured so as not to impede any of my living spaces. They also took the time to walk me thru each step of the repairs before they were made, answered my million questions, kept me apprised of the progress as it was completed and made sure I understood all of the repairs and paperwork before they departed. They even provided detailed itemized work orders in the format required for my homeowner claim and worked directly with my insurance company to initiate the claim paperwork. During what has become a very stressful situation that I have ery little control of, MD Flood Restoration completely put my mind at ease about the remediation portion. Patrick and his crew went above and beyond to make sure my home was treated like their own! Cannot recommend this company enough!

I have received amazing, top-notch service from this company. Direct, honest, fair, on-time, respectful . . . I could go on and on. They replaced my hot water heater and sump pump, did mold remediation, repaired water damage and finished my basement thoroughly. The walls, flooring, trim, paint job -- you would have never known there was a flood there. My basement is now what I wish it was when we bought our newly renovated home thanks to Maryland Flood Restoration. Its gorgeous! We had a toilet leak on the main floor of our house which caused extensive damage to our wood floors and basement below. Patrick and his team came out immediately, assessed the damage and walked us through the whole process of water remediation. He was not pushy at all and listened to our concerns about the work that needed to be done to get our home back to the way it was. He even went the extra step and walked us through the insurance claim process. The remediation itself took about a week, and after the job was done, Patrick called to make sure everything was good on our end with the insurance company. He went above and beyond what he needed to do. Having any kind of damage to your house can be nerve wrecking, but we are so glad we called MD Flood Restoration.

Our hot water heater went out and flooded our finished basement. Called MD Flood Restoration (MDFR) after 6:00pm and they were at our house within a couple of hours removing the soaked carpet and setting up equipment to dry things out. They returned the next day to finish pulling the carpet out and to cut out wet drywall. The crew did a thorough job of cleaning and hauled all the debris away. MDFR also arranged for a POD to be delivered to our driveway and came again to help pack things and move them to the POD. Patrick and his crew were wonderfully responsive, efficient, pleasant, polite and professional. We have never made a claim on our homeowners’ insurance before and Patrick was able to provide helpful information and advice about making a claim. When all the repairs were completed MDFR returned again to move things back from the POD and arranged for its removal. We were so grateful to have found MDFR and for all the help they provided, it made this unexpected and unpleasant experience a little more bearable. Hopefully we will not need them again, but we would not hesitate to recommend MD Flood Restoration should you have a water emergency.

Upfront, MFR provided a detailed explanation of what to expect and even took the time to speak with the plumber who just happened to be working at my home during my initial phone inquiry. As someone new to this experience and who was partially devastated by this toilet leak; the great customer service, quality workmanship, and guidance provided by MFR help to make a challenging experience not so bad after all. I highly recommend using Maryland Flood Restoration services. Patrick came out to evaluate the basement of our newly built house for water damage due to leaking water pipe. We discovered the leak before we even started to move in. When I called Maryland Flood Restoration I had no idea what to expect or do . Patrick, helped me understand my options and digest the problem. He came to my house that morning and gave me a detailed assessment. Later that morning I met with the builder to discuss the problem and Patrick was still in the basement rapping things up. During the meeting Patrick counseled and advocated for me. He would not let the builder to take any short-cuts. At the end when I asked Patrick for the bill and tried to pay him for his help he would not accept it. He said the assessment is always free. I can’t say enough good things about Patrick and Maryland Flood Restoration, I found honesty, professionalism and most importantly advocacy in these guys. My wife and I were very impressed by all aspects of Maryland Flood Restoration's work on our home. Patrick did a thorough inspection of our mold issue, even checking to what extent it may have resulted from a problem on our neighbor's attached home. He then gave us a competitive quote for the remediation done in a way that would reduce the chance of the problem recurring. When the work itself was done, the company went above and beyond our expectations. The mold work turned up a related structural issue that, were it not fixed, would have caused more damage than we had before. Patrick gave us a very good price on that repair, and he and his associate were able to complete both portions within the time period we had specified for just the mold work. They were very thorough, explained what they were doing and why, and cleaned up completely. They even helped us without additional charge dispose of a large, heavy trash bag stemming from unrelated previous work by another firm on our house. I was replacing the kitchen counter top when we found mold behind the sink. Patrick came to our house on a Friday evening to remove the affected drywall and insulation. He then left a dehumidifier for a couple of days before returning to patch the wall. We were able to install the new counter top with the least amount of disruption. Very happy with his prompt service and good work!

Patrick and his team at Maryland Flood Restoration did a great job remediating the damage caused by my refrigerator. He was courteous over the phone and talked me through his process. He was able to give me a timeframe of his arrival and reassured me on steps he would take and how he would handle our insurance claims. They were very professional, both the lady who answered the phone, and the gentleman who came to the house. He really understood the industry and gave detailed explanation of our options.

Patrick did a fantastic job. He came promptly to deal with the flooded bathroom, assessed the situation and set about drying and removing damaged wet carpet and tiles. It was a big and messy job, flooding from bathroom into carpeted hallway and adjoining carpeted bedroom. They were very careful of not spreading drilling dust in my house. They thoroughly screened their work areas in plastic, even in the garage where water broke through ceiling onto my car. Incredibly efficient. They set up a dozen and more huge dryers for a few days and made sure all was dried out. Patrick patiently helped me understand all the problems and remedies and give suggestions for what to do. When my insurance adjuster came he remarked that Patrick had done a good job. I hope I never flood again, but if I do, I will call Patrick and Maryland Flood Restoration immediately. He is incredibly helpful and expert. The young lady answering the phone was also very understanding and helpful. That matters when you are in a panic and stressed. She was awesome. Sorry to forget her name!

We had a pipe burst late Sunday evening last weekend and was worried that i wouldn't be able to get someone over until Monday by the earliest. MDFR was the third company I contacted but were the only ones available immediately, not only did they have a crew at my house within an hour, they were also very professional, friendly, and affordable too, my insurance adjuster was even impressed. They did a wonderful job with the clean up, Holly from the main office is very pleasant and accommodating, they even referred me to a contractor for the repairs, I highly recommend this company!

When my water heater failed in the middle of the night, Maryland Flood Restorations was able to have technicians out within a few hours. The manager explained the entire process to me up front and then kept me up-to-date and then kept well informed throughout the service. They worked directly with my insurance company in order to ensure a quick and efficient outcome, something which was so incredibly helpful in terms of simplifying what could otherwise have been a very stressful experience. The technicians that came to my home were very knowledgeable and polite, and they were friendly and prompt. If we ever need have water issues again, they will be my first call.

From start to finish, this was very easy on me. Before the work was started, they reviewed the issue, told me the work they were going to perform, and then did the work in a very timely manner.
