We had a pipe burst late Sunday evening last weekend, after calling a few companies I began to worry that I would not be able to get someone over for a few days, increasing the amount of water damage. MDFR was the third company I contacted but were the only ones available immediately, not only did they have a crew at my house within an hour, they were also very professional, friendly, and affordable too, my insurance adjuster was even impressed. They did a wonderful job with the cleanup, Holly from the main office is very pleasant and accommodating, they even referred me to a contractor for the repairs, I highly recommend this company!

Very impressed with the quality of communication and flexibility. Holly on the phone was very good and at no point was I unclear with anything. From the initial call all the way to the follow up once the work was finished. Workers were very friendly, respectful, and professional.

When we discovered that our water heater had broken in the middle of the night, we called Maryland Flood Restoration, who was able to have technicians out to us in a matter of a few hours. The project manager was up front and extremely clear about all aspects involved in the process. The company connected with and handled all the steps of claiming insurance coverage to make sure that everything was covered and I had no other expenses. The technicians who worked in my home were prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and hardworking. They took what could have been an extremely painful situation and made it much more manageable. If we ever deal with anything like this again, they will be my first call.

Prompt and friendly service. They walked me through the entire process and kept me updated the entire time after my sump pump failed. They worked directly with my insurance company to ensure I had no out of pocket expenses. I would highly recommend them!

I thought their coordinator was great. She was really good with scheduling and answering questions. Everyone that came out to the home was equally great. They helped out with answering questions, and just doing a great job overall on the basement.
