house cleaning
+ -1 moreThe owner of the company came and gave us the original estimate. He walked through the house and gave us a price for cleaning every other week. It was originally $70/week. They have raised the price 2x in the last five years, always with sufficient notice. It is now $80/week.
Description of Work: I have used this company for past 5 years. They usually send one or two women in a team to clean the house. They are here for approximately 1.5 hours to clean a 1500 sqft house (3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths). They clean all the normal areas (kitchen, baths, floors, dusting, etc.). Then they rotate cleaning of baseboards, ceilings, etc. They also straighten up and will make the beds if I put out the clean sheets on the beds. They use good name brand products such as Windex, Pledge, etc.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE A GOOD VALUE. FOR 85 DOLLARS THEY WILL VACUUM, SCRUB THE FLOORS, DUST ,AND PICK THE HOUSE UP. I RECEIVED MY FIRST CHOICE OF APPOINTMENTS WITHIN A WEEK OF CALLING. THEY NORMALLY DON'T DO WINDOWS BUT WILL IF REQUESTED.
