 + -1 moreWhile Pete (one of Jerry's partners) was not as polished with his estimate (e.g., no glossy brochures) as some other people we contacted, we were very impressed with Jerry's. After the initial estimate, our external unit died during the middle of a huge summer heat wave. We called, and Jerry came out the same afternoon. He repaired the unit to tide us over until they could fit us in to replace the whole system. The actual installation went very well. They arrived on time the morning of the installation, and they cleaned up after themselves very well. The price was in line with other estimates, and they did not charge us extra to move the external unit to other side of our house. We are very pleased with the end result.
Description of Work: Gave estimate to replace HVAC system. Temporarily repaired heat pump unit. Later installed new HVAC heat pump system (both internal and external units) and moved external unit.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY GOOD. I CALLED HIM ON A SATURDAY, HE CAME RIGHT AWAY AND HAD THE JOB DONE IN TWO HOURS. THE OTHER GUY TOOK TWICE AS LONG AND STILL DIDN'T FIX. THIS GUY DID THE JOB RIGHT AND EVEN CHARGED US ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS LESS THAN THE OTHER COMPANY.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED THE PART THAT ANOTHER COMPANY BROKE ON OUR AIR CONDITIONER.

 + -1 moreTHE OWNER OF THE COMPANY CAME AND FIXED THE UNIT RIGHT AWAY. HE WAS ABLE TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG SO THAT WE DIDN'T HAVE TO BUY A NEW UNIT. WE WERE VERY PLEASED.
Description of Work: OUR AIR CONDITIONING UNIT BROKE AND THE TEMPERATURE WAS IN THE HIGH EIGHTIES TO LOW NINETIES.
