I called and spoke to a vey nice woman who said my residence where I needed the work done was outside of her area especially for a super small job. Instead of just ending it there she made some phone calls and I received a call from another handy man who was excellent. I don't know much about the work they do but if I lived in their area I would give them a try as they were super helpful for me and they didn't even get the job.

The service and punctuality of the contractors was great. The single best thing they did was help me find a vendor with a markedly cheaper rate on the doors I wanted. I looked at three contractors for this job and only Handyman at Your Command was able to help me. They were punctual and showed up on time. When I was dissatisfied with the paint job, they came back the next day to repair. Tracy kept in good communication with me at all times. The negative for them is the quality of the job. The painting was sloppy and there are noticeable brush marks on the doors and frames. They dripped the paint between the slats on the louvered doors which was what I had them repair. I am a perfectionist and want the highest level of attention to detail which was not provided. For that reason, I would not rehire them for a finishing job, but I would certainly consider them again for a repair job.

They showed up on time and we very professional. I certainly would hire them again. There was a slight mixup with our tenant but they call quickly and waited until it was solved.

The took care of everything in a timely fashion and were very courteous and pleasant to deal with. They went above what I had ask them to do. I would recommend them to anyone. It was a great job well done.

Excellently. Workers were all very efficient and easy to work with! They had to return because the outdoor lantern still wasn't working. They returned the next morning, remove the entire light and saw it was shorted and needed replacing. They found a replacement installed it and now everything works beautifully! I like the way Handyman at Your Command approaches each task professionally no matter how small and they finish quickly. Their work is always excellent!

All work completed, but more than 50% longer (and thus more expensive) than requested. Plus they wanted another $90 to take away the branch trimmings. I never got that warm fuzzy about our delivery expert, and I certainly didn't get the sense that he was more than just a hired hand. Enough drywall fell into the sink before it occurred to him to cover the sink that our garbage disposal is now making unhappy noises. Slow work + bad vibe + overpriced = C.

What a fabulous experience, from the beginning to the end. Everyone was extremely nice, professional, efficient and clean. They really took pride in their work and made sure I was happy throughout the project. I appreciate they put down tarps on the floors to help keep my house as clean as possible. And honestly, considering how much dust that was created during the demo, I am shocked that they did such a good job keeping it contained to the bathroom. And I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work. They really did a great job and would hire them in a heartbeat.

It went well, but they were very slow to respond. The last time I called them to do something, they didn't call me back. The work they do is good. I guess they must be very busy. I talked to them about a couple of projects at the time, and he had taken pictures of what I needed done, and they never got back to me. They are not good at responsiveness. I had extra things done so I paid an additional amount. I would use them in the future.

Showed up on time. started working, but discovered wiring behind wall tha needed an electrician to move. He came back once the electrician finished his work and intalled medicine cabinet and light fixtures. He worked efficiently and cleaned up well. Communicated well.

The work was fine and looks nice. However, the priced to reconstruct the closet that the provider had previously demoed tripled. They didn't inform me of this until after the job, which was utterly unprofessional. I wasn't comfortable with their explanation either.

We appreciated the prompt response from this company. Jose with Alex did an excellent job for us and we would hire this company again.

I bought the Big Deal- $198 for 3 hours of Handyman. After several reschedulings, Jose and Alex (was expecting one, paid for 2) arrived on time and, after I explained the three tasks they set to work. They attached the trim board and removed the rotten trim, bought, measured, cut and installed and caulked new trim but, after 41/2 hours, said they had to come back another day to finish (the caulk was wet and they couldn't paint over it). The warped trim was more complicated than I thought and they said they would deal with it on their return. Then I got the bill for another $450 bringing the total to $650!!! I cancelled their return, paid the bill and felt ripped off. I don't need or want a company explanation- I just want to forget that I made the mistake of buying this Big Deal. I have bought several other Big Deals and I have always come away satisfied with the work and the price. Not this time.

The service was perfect. They were extremely knowledgeable about carpentry, electrical and plumbing. I could not be more thrilled with the work they did and would recommend them without reservation.

I felt well. They were pretty good in scheduling. They were fairly flexible. I thought that they were a little expensive. We did pay them additional funds. We paid about $500 more than the $198. The guy they sent was very nice but incredibly quiet and not a very good communicator. The company did nothing wrong. The work he did was fine but I guess service matters. I think he did speak English but not well. It was hard to communicate or ask questions. He was polite. It was nothing unprofessional.

It went well. This provider is located an hour away and it took Omar sometiime to get to my home . Next time, I would keep him longer for the distant he had to travel. I would suggest that workers are close to the jobs

Replaced a bathroom faucet. It was also very slow and they fixed that. Fixed a shaky handrail. Installed a mirror and a bathroom cabinet. Installed a bathroom towel rack and a curtain rod. Installed a light fixture.

During the process of searching for the right handyman, Tracy was always very responsive and professional on the phone. She answered all my questions and was quick to return any calls I left. I also appreciated that they were able to get me on the schedule within four days. In addition, when an earlier spot became available, Tracy was quick to contact me to get my repair done even sooner. William was on time, professional, prepared and a pleasure to work with. The drywall was inspected, repaired, dried and sanded in one visit. During the drying time, he also cleaned our back gutters. My fiance and I were very please with our entire experience and will keep this company in mind for future work.

Great! This is the second time we've used this company and they are prompt, do good work and always clean up. We'll use them again.

It was a terrible experience. They never get back to you or neither does keep up with the promised date. Update: After they arrive to do your service it is the best experience but to get their schedule is the problem. But they come on time and do a great job.

I was notified the day before to confirm the appointment day & time, and the work to be done. Jose and Alex arrived exactly on time, and were very professional in appearance and demeanor. They did an EXCELLENT job in a timely manner. I will use this company in the future and ask for Jose (Hosay) and Alex to do the work if possible. GREAT Company: Price, communication, job completion.
