The employees were sharp, professional, and enthusiastic from start to end. A two-man time arrived exactly at 8:00 am as promised, quickly evaluated the various jobs we needed done, and performed the work quickly. The results were excellent -- high quality throughout. I highly recommend this company.

I employed this company to assist with miscellaneous tasks to prepare my parent's single-family home for sale -- the house is vacant. The list of things to do/ fix etc. changed and grew over a period of several weeks. I was a little frustrated at the time it took (several weeks) to get the exterior foundation and the rusty railing (on the front steps) to be painted, as I was told that they had to wait for a dry day to do it. However, I found them to be very responsive to any of my concerns and very flexible with regards to my growing list of tasks. Once completed, all work was done to my satisfaction.

The repairman showed up as scheduled and took notes of all that I needed to have done. All work was done efficiently and very well. The smaller jobs were done quickly and neatly. The large job of fixing the porch ceiling really demonstrated the repairman's skills. Though the job was in an outdoor porch and required removal of the damaged ceiling, he was careful to keep everything neat and cleaned up carefully afterward including vaccuuming all surfaces. The fitting of the replacement drywall pieces, taping and plastering to fit cracks, sanding, and painting were done so well now that area of the ceiling now looks better than the original parts. He did an excellent job and we will definitely contact him when we finish the garage.

Called Handyman a week prior to getting work done for an estimate and I was told there is a 3 hr minimum charge. My main job was to get an over the range microwave installed. I had called an electrician to get this done but turned out to be too expensive. I explained my situation to Tracy and told her about my concern regarding re-wiring power to my microwave. I was assured that the handyman would look at my setup and give an estimate. On the day of the installation, Rigoberto arrived right on time and started sizing the project. He asked me exactly where I wanted the microwave installed and got to work right away. I figured it would take up a couple of hours to install the microwave so I created a list of projects that needed to be worked on. End of the day, I'm impressed with the punctuality and service provided by Handyman. Would definitely use them again but the 3 hr minimum is minor setback because not all projects require so much time.

They got to work right away. There were two men and only one could speak English. They did the work as I asked them to. They gave me opinions when I was not sure of anything. They did their work well. I will use them again. They were pretty good.

Handyman At Your Command- Baltimore Company is very good. They did a very good job. They gave me different levels of suggestions; I opted for the top one. Their prices were excellent. I would definitely use them in the future if required.

The work went well. However, the communication with the point of contact at the company was not quite as smooth. We had several people give us estimates; we had to wait for 2 weeks to get this estimate. The estimate did not include any materials--it was for labor only. All the labor was clearly spelled out (remove, replace, paint with 2 coats, etc). Although it clearly said that on the estimate itself, we missed it, and were then surprised when the actual bill was $400 more than the estimate. Other estimates we received from other companies included materials, with the understanding that it could vary a bit in either direction. It would be nice if this company did that too so that their bids could be more comparable. If we had realized that, we would have used another of the highly rated handymen on Angie's list. So it is the attention to detail by the management that prompts the overall grade (B) we gave it. When I mentioned this to the scheduler, she pointed out that the estimate was only for the labor (and of course, she was correct), but I missed that and would have preferred a more detailed estimate that would have prevented a surprise when the invoice was issued.

The men were prompt and courteous. They did their job efficiently and actually did more than I originally expected them to do because there was a 2 hour minimum. When the job was finished they walked me around the house and explained what they had repaired and why the soffit had become lose to begin with. They cleaned up their waste before they left.
